I think its pretty good, not really invading privacy as anyone could walk into a street and look at someones house. as for post above, better angle on link below http://googlesightseeing.com/maps?p=&c...167673628008745 EDIT: The link above doesn't give a better angle, stupid thing, if you click to the left a bit and rotate round a bit you'll see whats happened Frooty

I dont dream much no more, used to have a really surreal dream but since baby arrived I can honestly say I can't remember any of my dreams, probably due to the fact am being waken up every few hours by a screaming baby. The Surreal dream I have is quite wierd, I seem to be in a room with objects in the distance (normally a ball or a train or something, seems quite close to start with), everything around me is a blank canvas, When I move around its like i am seeing everything through a huge fish eye, when I reach for something I seem to move slowly towards it but my body extends towards it in a slow motion style, and the object seems to move further and further away. Can't explain it properly but it feels wierd. Thats a recurring one I have had for years. Frooty

When I actually rode a trials bike.... I must get back out and lose some weight as bike in cellar Frooty

Thats the best bit of advice anyone can give you, Relax and take it easy, enjoy the day What I did was give myself a mental running commentary in my head so I had make my mind see and react to what was happening and coming up, made me react further in advance, obviously still concentrate on the road when doing it (dont do it now I passed though) And yes.....I did pass by doing it. Good luck to you buddy Frooty

Looks like its just an error on the site, nothing major, just make Tarty aware (which he may already be)

Who Makes/has Made An Impact On Your Riding?
fruitbat replied to Captain Scarlet's topic in Trials Chat
I don't ride anymore (as much i would love to pull the bike out of the cellar and go up Shipley Glen again), but when i was riding it was Wayne that motivated/inspired me. He was the main guy I rode with and was always encouraging bigger and better stuff, always telling me where i was going wrong, and just riding around him gave me that encouragement to go bigger. Others also helped but he was my biggest influence, seeing him riding when I used to work in Shipley was one of the big reasons I got into trials to start with. The Martin's and the videos they released were also an encouragement, but anyone who started late 1990's/early 2000's will say the same Frooty -
Wish i'd of seen this before, would have tried to get up there with camera, need to get out more with it. Ah well maybe another day.

What the F*** is this county coming to. My wife doesn't like spicy food, simply as she doesnt like spicy food, so I'm guessing that as an English Woman in her own country that she has lived in all her life, not liking food that has simply derived from another country purely down to disliking the taste of spicy food, makes her a racist!!!!!!! This country is getting worse, I don't like sprouts, does that make me racists against whichever culture sprouts are from (which is probably England as no one else would make claim to something which such an awful taste) People need to realise that this country is England, therefore people who live here should abide by the English way of life. I believe America makes people who want to live there swear an oath to the American flag and the American way of life, thats something (if true) I respect the Americans for, and maybe England should take that stance too. If people come to this country and don't like the way we do things, they should go back to the country they came from. If that sounds like a racist comment so be it, i'm far from racist and having lived in Bradford all my life I have been around Asians all my life, but 1 thing I can't stand people who try to force there way of life onto this country, and it is normally Asians who do just that but the English government are too fearful to make a stance against it due to fear of being classed as 'racist' Frooty

Haha I was hoping they would just fall, just to see the comedy value of it. Didn't really pay attention to the singing as its the wife who watches it, just noticed boarders as I glanced at telly. Even for a slip from the board with a board heading Louis' (sp) way would be quite funny! Frooty

Top Man! I was just about to reply as there was a snippet of code which was auto populating the first match as the 'assumed best match', so typing 'Ab' to hopefully find the result 'Town of Aberdeen' and this was overtyping the text I entered after just 1 key press. BUT The code you have just posted does the job perfectly, thank you very much. Nice way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday Just out of curiosity, what did you change and why. Like to know so I can play and understand, works well for me when learning. Thanks again Frooty

I've modified the JQuery one to lookup my potential results rather than theirs and return what I require it to, but I can't work out in the JS file how to do the "any matches in all of the text." Frooty
-
Found THIS ONE It works but the only thing it doesn't do that I would like for this idea to work is search the complete text of the result and return anything with a match, it tries to match from letter 1 onwards and not match from any point throughout the potential results text. Looking at the JS file that can be opened from the bottom of the page, at around line 55 (if I am reading the code right, which I may not be as thats quite a bit above my level at the moment), is where it tells it what to look for to start creating the matching results, anyone good enough to be able to add to/edit this to allow it search from any character in the string rather than letter 1. Cheers Frooty

Right, i'm still a Noobie in comparison with most when it comes to stuff like this so here goes. What I am trying to create is a HTML page which our software will display in the form of an Iframe, with 1 input box, and when the user types some text into the input box it looks at a pre defined list of results (which are in the form of 5/6 word questions), and I want a list to populate below the input box with the questions where any words in the questions that have a match to what has been input by the user. Upon clicking a question I want the input box to appear with the complete question that has been clicked from the list. Basically a Predicitve Text Input Box only using my pre-defined results to search on. I have been looking around on t'internet but can't find much help. Anyone got any help with the best way to do this, or even point me in the right direction as to some help pages (latter preferably so I can play with it and work it out). I did see something recently on W3Schools about this recently but can't find it now, plus that example didn't have the click on answer to populate input box Thanks in Advance Frooty

Yeah, look at the page title, not the page text Froot

Software manager for a small outsourcing call centre, deal with building all the scripts staff use for handling incoming calls, handling product recalls, taking orders within the software, mailing fulfillment ...etc... (Javascript, HTML, SQL ...etc...) Great peice of software cos it gives me a chance to learn the code as well as using it. Couldn't ask for a better job at the moment Frooty
