this happened to me on my bike at work i was riding about in the shop testing my break and they got caught just after the only other person had gone to get lunch i was trapped then some customers came in while i was trapped was quite embarrassing. joe

take it steady was in the same situation last year with gcses and stuff ur both in the same boat so just hold out keep talking and stuff but focus on your exams and then get in on after. Your exams are the most important thing at the end of the day so dont let a girl mess them up. joe

i did two half marathons last year the nottingham half and then a smaller local one in december between september and the second one in december i proberly went out training about once a week. i still did a sub 2 hour time on both the second one was only slower than the first by about 8 mins but i had an ankle problem. In my opion u will not even get close to finishing with no training. If u think u could go out this week and run 10 miles if u can do 10 which at the end of the day its not even half of what your planing on doing. If your a fit person ie play a lot of sport ie football, rugby, hockey you should be able to do it IF you pace yourself but i almost be certain that you would not beat someone who has been training. thats my say only an opion but an informed one i am studying a level pe and iv run a lot in my relatively short life. joe

got a B on my bike stand and it wouldn't hold a bike without toppling over so u just took pics with a frame on it. Nice table though some handy work. Joe

yeah im with you on that one but this was just put together as cheap as poss just so i could get riding again. It will be upgraded over time as its quite weighty forks bars and stem= heaviness. Thanks for the comments joe

Hey got my bike built up thanks joe for sorting me out with all the bits i needed. Havnt been able to ride it yet need a freewheel.

is their some sort of legal lock on the media that you got off i tunes like to protect it. If you think about it it would be very easy to download of i tunes play it on your tv then from the tv record it onto a dvd then sell it. So it might just a data protection thing. Joe

Yeah im using vegas6 atm the moment but just got adobe premier of a friend of mine so gonna try that out next i think. Vegas is nice more complex than movie maker by a long way but the results you get are 10 times better. joe

sounds like a plan was thinking about this when i was building my new bike the other day. Just got to pick something that im good at doing matinece wise i have no idea how to explain how to do moves i just sort of do it. Joe

hd projecter+ king size bed + cod4 on x box + take away menu = pure chill out lazyness, days could just disapear tvs suck projecters are the way forward i want one. joe
