    Gu Video One...

epic teaser vids and biscuits still i'll let you off since you've probs got nothing else to do.
  5. broken? anyway when I went over mine it was like that chismo and that was my ligaments fooked I kept mine strapped real tight to stop it swelling anymore so I could hobble about on it. tommorow your toes will be blue with bruising lol
  6. it all depends how you want to spray it, compressor and airgun or can then you need to think about colour and type of paint matt is easier as you don't have to do as much prep shiney black is probs the hardest you will need primer halfords scratch filling primer than a few coats of normal works the best you'll need to do a few coats of paint just make sure you've got a good even covering and clear laquer afterwards should help prevent it scratching so easily for the prep you'll need give the frame a good rub down with any sandpaper (not too harsh) lust to take the shine off of the old laquer and if you have any dents/deep scratches you can use car bodywork filler to fill them
  7. it has been posted before but i think it looks nicer than the ashton lol
  8. treadmills and bikes are really boring and really the best thing to do for cardio is to go out and cycle or do something like that, did you get an xc bike when you were talking about getting one before? I got a banshee at christmas and i've covered about 400-500 miles already and i'm really enjoying using it for both exercise and downhill fun. or you have a enduro bike or something don't you? surely you must do afair bit of cardio riding that if your properly greenlaning or whatever, I used to ride abit of motocross and I'd be really knackered after a decent days racing.
  9. Thats not really a great post work out meal to be honest the beans are really high in salt and sugar. I got a full set of free weights and dumbells tonight for nothing 120kgs plus 10 kilo bar and 4 dumbell bars i'm getting the bench too so should be good and save me trailing to the gym all the time.

    .,

self-reffer to physio if you've not already, there is one exercise you can do everyday a for bout five mins that will help your wrist
  11. matt how much does it cost to have something very similar done at your place?
  12. college gyms and that are always shite though just because you get some cocky little squirt come in thinking he's rocky and dropping a huge weight on his head, then his parents sue the college for not supervising him
  13. just out of interest have you declared mods on your insurance quote, you'd be much better to buy a standard even if it doesn't look quite as good to you, it'll drive the same the just as quick and after the year you can add exhaust and induction kit like that one has
  14. nah I would got for something like a saxo vtr or that you can pick up a mint condition non ragged 40,000 miles beast for that price and it will be quicker and less on insurance. you could go for a golf or something like that turbo diseasal would be better. They are asking over the odds for that.
  15. imesh or frostwire (same as limewire basically)
  16. avast or avg both good
  17. The problem with that is in this country if you were spotted late at night using the handbrake at every possible oppertunity and countering it you'd get done for dangerous driving. you can become a good driver in a short ammount of time but it requires you to have dealt with alot of different situations and usually unless your out driving all the time you won't come across these things to often robin getting an iam membership will be one of the most fun things you ever do. last year I spoke with one of the guys who trains the police and is also an iam advanced instructor, I persueded him to take me for a drive and show me the tricks of the trade and give me an insight into advanced driving and he showed me how to make a running commentry on the road ahead (in rally style pacenotes working gears) some of it was incredible he showed me about the importance left foot braking, bgol, bsol, it was great you'll learn loads and it costs very littleand may save yours or someone elses life one day.
  18. mine wasn't actually thai boxing, it was through my karate club run by the ninjitsu people it's part of a selection process to pick up people from local karate clubs and train them in china, I had to win competitions at area level in order to be allowed in, we started off as a group of 10, 5 asians and the rest all from here and by the end we were knocked down to 5, 3 asians me and another guy from aberdeen, I never got in because i wasn't sure i wanted to go and miss out on school for 2 years and leave all my friends and relatives (I was only 12-13 at the time). mine was in this country my parents had to sign a release form to give the guys who ran it parental rights
  19. kev were you talking about thai boxing camps? if so i've been to a similar one for 2 weeks when i was younger and i'm never going again it's brutal if you've ever seen the programme sas:are you tough enough, it's exactly like that, 3 nights we were woken at 12:30 just after you've got to sleep then taken 10 miles from the camp and told to be home in 2 hrs or you've got to do it twice usual daily routine was up for 5:30 run to a freezing cold river about 3 miles away cross the river touch the bank and run home in soaking clothes (the most uncomfortable thing ever) then shower breakfast 1hr to have our tent's and gear all laid out military style for an inspection 15 mins to be ready then taken into the woods where we had to climb a high tree as fast as we can god knows how many times some times you can only use your arms others 1 arm and legs it was hard then take logs and run up a massive hill with them. shower lunch then hour or 2 of structured katas and then few hours of weapon training, and disarming people dinner then circuit training basically until you were sick before bed at the end of the 2 weeks i was so run down I could hardly move was in a real bad way health wise but i'd become way more strong not just physically but mentally aswell it's randomisation that gives you real huge gains being made to work past your limits constantly is much harder than making yourself work hard at the gym. endofreak i'm surprised your losing much weight at all i would have thought doing all that might have even made you put on weight
  20. Thats not what i said though is it? I said you know there's a corner so you take it easy over the hill where as if you didn't then you'd hit the tractor or land up off the road and you should always use it as a guide but never rely on it, when you approach any bend you do it naturally in your head your thinking ok I can't see the exit for this cornor and those bushes mean it must be quite tight so i'll slow down. you should never speed up because you see a telegraph pole going straight on when you come to a bend because it may be going through a field, so you don't rely on it much better to be going to slow round a corner than to quick.
  21. yeah well done you crashed a week after your test you must be a great driver. I don't mean to offend you but it's cocky people like you who jump in a car and think there great, that give young drivers a bad name and put up the rest of our insurance policies. you shouldn't lose your licence and I doubt you'll get fined but when you've got a new car (or your one sorted) just take it a bit easier or next time you might end up dead. sounds like I'm preaching, I'm not really, I know the temptation will be there for me aswell, I just think if your going to nail it about then you should go into motorsport or wait until your older and more expereinced perhaps do an advanced test or something, so atleast if you are going faster than you should be you'll have been taught how to and you get to know lots of cool things, for example on a blind summat spotting the street lights change sides so you now to go easy because there's a corner. It's defo worth it and it only costs 70 quid. gav
  22. suicide bombers are wierd they go up like a firework and kill 2 or three people, but if they gave themselves aids they could kill hundreds before they died just by having sex. I know which way i'd rather go.
  23. i'm getting one they are awesome in white
