We had a huge field just for this and it never got used. i'm going to see if we're still aloud to ride it then might go try and sort it out. you'll probs find that you won't use it much at all

Mark a knife is useless against a cosh ten knifes is a different story though it takes a small swipe to break an arm 2 or 3 people are no problem with a cosh regardless of there size. The best weapon against a big group is pepper spray. spray and run. The best option is to avoid a fight as best as you can. Most fights in the uk last under 2 seconds. any martial artist will with stand a punch to the diaphram it's actually really easy you learn it from day one it's all in the shout. when you hear someone shouting Haaa in a fight thats usually what there doing. We used to get smacked around the Abs with a bokken as part of our training. you might not need it in every fight but it's great for showing off.

One of the possible reasons is thats it's gotten cold fairly quickly this year and your body will have noticed this change and is making you eat more, for a few reasons 1) it is using much more energy because not only are you out on your bike but it's cold so it burns energy to warm you up and 2) it's also trying to give you a decent layer of fat to prevent you feeling to cold. I'm no Doctor but It's kind of unlikely that your hungry because your unwell you'd be more likely to be not eating unless you've got a parasite if it was a tape worm then you'd be shitting little white segments but it could be some other kind of stomach living parasite which is eating your food. You should go to the doctor and let them check you over for stuff like that. on the other hand you might be Pregnant Try totaling up what you eat in a day in calories if your way over the guided ammount then I would go and get it checked out if not then don't worry to much about it and try and get a few extra work hours or something.

LOL so your saying Danny butler doesn't cut the mustard he's one of the best riders in the uk (or is he the best?) and Andrei isn't exactly what you'd call inexperienced either he too is one of the best riders in the uk. trials parts are mostly copyrighted though but because most frames come from the same factory the patent is for individual peices of the design and isn't to the people who are having the frame made but the factory in which its made. For example the echo team headtube design is exactly the same as the ko and the design is patented (i think) but because both frames are made by the same people in the same factory it isn't illegal even though they are sold by 2 different companies. if you were to copy the design in another factory without the permission of the original factory then you'd be in a bit of bother. Everyone knows there are a few Copys of frames but tracking the original scource of the frame is near impossible.

how much ram do you have just now? infact whats the spec on the laptop? i'm guessing it's not all that high

engine management light on? it'll probs be electrical if it's a clio if it was the clutch you'd be able to start it with the clutch dipped and you usually get a warning just before the cluch completly goes because you'll still get up to 30 or 40 but the car will be reving like it's doing 60 Best bet is a renault dealer really

it's bloody dangerous stuff it'll ruin an enamel bath and the metal bit that the plug goes into will start to disintegrate, i'd do it with a barrel or something if you can get your hands on one.

I had a manuel dream once too, woke up because i realised i was actually "humping" my bed with my arms straight up in the air lol oh and you know that feeling you get when you do a big drop and you think you're never going to hit the ground dreamt that aswell like a falling dream but on a bike

divx player Works fine with vista as does windows media player so stop blaming vista and sort it out. Re-install divx player and get better quality videos. And get some more ram it's really cheap just now, it'll make just about everything run alot smoother.

haha I was gonna say that but thought it sounded a bit shallow being insulated is my biggest problem i'm always cold, to the extent where I have to wear three or four layers before going out on the warmer days just now and at least a t + hoody in my house. it's shit because i'm wearing so much clothes my mum refuses to wash them all because apparently it's not cold enough to wear all those clothes allright for her to say with a layer of fat keeping her snug.

Progression it's like trials you start to become de-motivated when it takes longer to progress, ie when you start reaching your limits or when your just starting out. up until that point you just want to keep lifting heavier and heavier 50kgs one week then 55 kgs the next and so on until you've reached you're limits or your personal targets then you start going for reps and stuff. it's easy to become addicted. The refreshing pain is pretty good too, when your hurting the next day but it's ok because you know its all part of moving on to the next stage.

who wants to slap someone lol you don't hit people with a kubotan you kind of prod them with it not many people can master using one correctly because too many people try and push to hard it's all about precision knowing a bit about manipulating the human body and focusing all of your energy into the tip of the kubotan with out making any noticeable movement with you arm takes years to master it. a quick hit round the face with the keys wouldn't go a miss though.
