the vices aren't as big as your thinking probs weigh about 3-4kg and they were just lying about and as for water pistol the taps in our science lab are the same fitting as the gast taps for the bunsen burners, so if you clip it on to the tap you've got a very accurate 30-40m water pistol

I stole: a full set of spanners worth 50 quid about 50 40cm legnths of alloy tube+ loads of sheet aswell, full set of drill bits, an engineers vice, a small wood work vice, a graphic drawing kit, tonnes of pens, all the text books I was ever given, a bunsen burner( the best water pistol in the world), a guitar lead, tonnes of threaded bar loads of other tools aswell and loads of stuff i can't remember

hmm not sure on the first one but it sounds bad, brakes you can check you might be able to find out something about that on the net, could be something simple like pads or disks might be quite bad though as for steering it could be something fairly minor or your whole car could be f**ked. I'm no mechanic but steering wise those are all simtoms of a badly balanced wheel, no? can I suggest that you get most of it sorted and buy something abit more up to the job because 2 years to basically ruin a car is pretty bad

you've obviously never sailed properly then. on yachts your run off your feet tightening winches, and in a dingy you've got to do about 4 or five things to change your tack it requires alot of skill to be a good sailor and your sweating huge amounts because you've got to wear clothes suitable for going in the water which is very cold up here so usually 5 layers or a wetsuit or drysuit or when your sailing in force 6 + your clinging on for dear life. there's nothing better than being perched on a trapeeze on a windy, sunny calm day, it feels amazing.

I used to do a fair bit of sailing kayaking and just about everything else too, mainly sailed toppers, topaz, picos, bosuns, lazers, and a couple of higher performance boats incuding a dart 19 which was mental it could keep up with a 40 hp rib. I've got a pirana attack kayak too. it's alright for a bit of surfing or some pier jumping but I find running rivers really boring.

I've always wanted mounts for maguras to just be holes all the way through instead of having them tapped, that way you can insert a bolt from the bottom up though the magura mount and secure it with a nut and washer, completley failure free you can't round the threads, you can get much more torque on the nut and if you round the nut you can just cut it off and put a new bolt through. I never came up with it btw one of my mates dads suggested it when I rounded my mounts and i don't expect it to ever be manufactured but if i round my threads again I'm doing it.

where's the quality gone. good timing on the pics though. The best way is to use photoshop and a tripod, you create a background layer with pic 1 in it, then make a second layer over the top with pic 2 in it, if you've used a tripod and you've kept your settings the same you can just erase the parts of layer 1 that you think is the person in layer 2 until you can see the whole person in pic 1 and 2

I thought cross lacing was where the holes on the rim are offset and instead of building it left side hole - left side spoke, it was left side spoke to right hand hole. it should be 3-4 cross it won't really matter which
