Its true that the harder you work the fitter you will become. But its also true that if you take it slower you will burn more fat, this is because if you work at a lower intensity you will be able to take in more oxygen and oxygen is needed to use fat as an energy source. The higher the intensity of exercise, less fat will be used and carbohydrates will be the main energy source.

Would fitting a chain tensioner stop my wheel moving? I would slam my wheel but then id have to change my gear ratio which i don't want to do. Or is there anything else i could do to stop my wheel from moving?

Well i've already got a park one but my chain's too wide for it. Its a KMC chain, do you think this tool will work?

Which chain splitters are good for bmx chains? I think this might have already been said in here but i had a search and couldn't find anything. I have a park tool one but its too small for my chain to fit in.

Wow, i've just got home from Baska Voda. Went to see my sister, she's working there in Hotel Horizont if you know where that is? I was really impressed with it, perfect weather, although it was nearly unbearable at about 3. The beaches are pebbles but i prefered them to sand actualy as it doesn't get everywhere. Where are the bars that stay open until 4 and have beer at 42p a pint though!?
