Line up doesn't look too good at the moment but im sure when the lock up stage gest announced there will be some bands that i'll want to go see. Spend about half an hour ringing the ticket lines and refreshing ticket pages but no luck, then got through to mean fiddler on the phone and it said it had sold out Got my ticket from seetickets through this link https://www.wayahead-secure.co.uk/1seez/ord...amp;filler1=see, which was on efestivals forum if anyone wants one, see ticket seems to have crashed but that link should be working.

It's already been said but doing squats and deadlift would be good to develop some bulk in your legs. Then you could do some plyometrics to develop some power http://www.brianmac.demon.co.uk/legplymo.htm
Would anyone be able to upload this anywhere? Ive tried downloading it a few times i get about 5kb a second and i only seem to get about 30% before it cancels for some reason. If anyone will then id be mega grateful
Thats a shame. Out of all the liverpool people though i thought it would have been that leon (can't remember his last name) that would have made it 'big'.
I broke my scaphoid in my wrist in September 05, i was in plaster for 6 weeks and when i got the cast off my wrist still hurt but i thought it might just be stiff or whatever so i left it. After a month or so it was still hurting so i just rang my the hospital and made another appointment to see the specialist. They sent me to have a scan on it and it turned out that it wasn't healing properly. This Christmas ive had an operation on it after waiting for God knows how long. So best bet would be to just go see a doctor, the NHS might have long waiting lists but its better than paying loads for something than you can get for free, im sure they will be able to sort you out somehow.
