I've tried it a few times, works now and again. Leeds train station is a good spot for it because people are generally waiting around and there are plenty of pubs. At uni we used to let anyone sleep in our front room and spare room. We'd wake up in the morning and there'd be some guy asleep on the sofa who we didn't know. One time I found some guy passed out at the taxi rank so i bundled him in a taxi and stuck him in my mates room. He woke up in the morning having no idea what was going on, luckily my mate didn't come home that night. That could have been weird.
