wouldnt do it. i did it on my front rim but didnt stay true for long. would just come out of true too easy and that was on the front! dont fo it it. just wait till you get the 36h, play it safe. will be stronger and less expensive in the long run.
the only reason im asking about the adapter is that i have been offered one for very cheap well cheaper than an arm would be. so wopuld it work? and anyone bout disks?
the ones for the avid arm are for 185s but the disk i am looking at is a 180. so really only got to questions: will the hayes + 20mm adapter work with my avid? also has anyone any experiances withe the avid a2z rotoe? which is better v2 or v3.
thanks.
ok i have a 160 rotor and i want to increase the power slightly. lets star t with the adapter i ahve been looking at THIS ONE. or the a2z one on wolly hat shop. will the hays one work? now on to rotors. the only ones i have realA2ly been looking at are the A2Z ones on wooly hat shop agin. the 2 been looking at are the a2z version 1 and 2s. which one is better out of these 2? are the a2z ones actually any good? and if i get a 20mm adapter means that i will need 180 yes? not a 185?
all help much appreciated.
cheers
its not that i want to "pimp" it just want the extra strength in a house. as long as i lose any noticable power or anything then i sahll get. but want to make sure that the unex isnt going to die. just would prefer braided as it seeems stronger.
cheers.
so am i really going to notice any differnence in my brake with unex? im not that bothere in if theres more power as long as there no noticable less power. i just wnat more confidence that my hose will not split again.
so where can i get just a rear set of the magura stuff? dont really wana pay 300 od quid for a front seat aswell that i wont need. but reliability is the unex hose the same? and when its on the bike can you actually feel it being slow?
ok well my cross over died again tonight. bassicly wondering what the unex hosing is like? i would go for a whole set. same power and everything as normal hosing just stronger? is it going to leak? anything else i should know about it?
cheers.
