I was wondering why their site was down for so long, as i tried their site a handful of times to see if they stocked the khe freecoaster. I guess thats why...

Got my new wheel today with the coaster. Got into a bit of a mucking fuddle trying to change the slack, but once that was sorted it was all good. So i have a couple of questions: First what kind of grease do i want to be using when i lube it up (the hub ), and when do you suggest to take it apart and lube it. I have already had it apart a few times so i know what to do now. And with the spokes, after i go for a ride on saturday, i'm going to give the spokes a good check, as they would of bedded in. So for tightening them up is there a technique, like a 1/4 turn on each spoke or something, or is it just down to what they feel like when you pinch them.

I have converted the video for you, and all seems fine and dandy, but i can't get it to upload on to here. I have converted in the same way i do videos for my phone so it should all work. If you want the programme i use it's xilisoft 3gp video converter. Then you open the programme, go to file, then add. Then the video should be opened in the programme, then click on the video and you have to change the following settings on the right hand side: Change the video codec to mpeg4 Video size to 320x240 (i have to for my phone) Then set the bit rate at 512 (again i have to for my phone, don't know about others) Then click encode and it should work, as it did for me. If that doesn't help then i just to need to find a way of uploading the file on to here, as right now i don't have a clue how to.

Found another clip on youtube, of what i think was part of the documentary. I actually found that pretty moving, and for a girl of her age, being that sad obviously isn't a good thing.

I found the best place to do them is out of a bank, and that way you can slightly carve into them. About the animal stuff, i don't know what parts your looking for, but places that stock their stuff and that are good shops: source bmx Alans There are a few other places that stock abikeco stuff if whatever you are looking for isn't in either of them.

Someone was on about this today, sounds quite interesting (got on to the subject as one of our friends is very small for his age). So i wouldn't mind a link either.

Got a more recent one than the one i posted at the start of this thread, with the real gansta' look going down. I also have found another, but i look silly drunk, have strange eyes, and look very happy, so quite a mix really. So i think i might hold back on that one for a bit

Thats the way to do it, just go with your instinct, and like Mark has said try not to get too worked up about it all Back on the coaster side of things (Mark ). Did you have to adjust in anyway when you started doing half cabs and fakie spins when you got your coaster on. The reason i asked is because i have just put my new sprocket on and split the chain ready for the new backwheel (with the geisha), so i decided to have a little play on it with no chain to see what it feels like. So when i started doing half cabs, i noticed i 'slap' the pedals a bit when i spin, which 'aint going to work with no chain on, as i'm sure you can see whats going to happen. And when i have the coaster on i guess it will be similar, especially if i run it quite slack. So basically did you have to change your technique for certain stuff when you got the coaster on?

I guess you have a point, actually a fair few. If you do get a brake, but want to use it as little as possible like poopipe has said, then you can always get an odyssey monolever in small, as they are pretty small so you won't be grabbing it when you don't need to and it is out of the way, but it is always there if you need. When i ran a rear brake for a while, it was the lever i used.

brakeless all the way. I wasn't sure at first, but over time you learn a lot more control by using your body movement not using a brake. So now i have a frame with no brake mounts. Plus it makes everything a lot more fun for some reason, and plus plus when you learn to throw the bars you don't end up stubbing your fingers or catching a brake lever, which 'aint too nice.

Yeah, i think it must of been, it was nice weather when i went.
-
I was thinking that, and if it would still be allowed, then it's all good and it would be yes. But if not, then probably not. As long as i'm having fun then it's fine, with or without money.

On that note, i would say get a whole new set as well.

Basicaly it's because Josh bedford rides the mutiny burlish (as you know), but it is a trail frame so has thin tubing and the likes, so it isn't really made for street abuse. Plus Josh Bedford rides pegless, so when he does pedal grinds the back end takes a proper beating. So he is now making/made? a sig frame that has no brake lugs, and has small grind plates on the chainstays so it can take the abuse being dished out. And he is having stickers made for it for the clothing company he is setting up (hold fast). But the bike check he has in ride is of his Mutiny Burlish, not his sig. So it might be worth buying it to read a bit about his sig, but the pictures of his bike are of the Burlish.

We haven't had any, so consider yourself lucky. Best we had was about a minutes worth of snow

I swear i have rode there before, on the rocks right down the far end where the walk way thing stops and goes down to the beach, either that or i'm going crazy. Either way, good pics.
