  1. Go hit up the Mosh bikes webpage to find the S.F. trip in the video section: Mosh It contains some of the main trend setters in bmx, even if the editing is a little shite. And for those of you wanting to get the Eddie Clevelandesque footjam tailwhips down, have a gander: Eddie Cleveland
  2. Don't forget Ian Schwartz as well, he usually drops the odd one or two down in most his video sections. And on that note, im off to clean the coaster

    Snow Tonight?

Woooooot, it's snowing. Meh, i want summer though
  4. Just got back in from an awesome night out. Went there with 8 carlsberg exports in my bag and everyone else had their own in their bags, mine got finished off pretty quick so i nicked other peoples. Then we went to get a mate out that lived near by, and he brought two big bottles of black sheep ale out, so it was a case of carlsberg in one hand and the black sheep ale in the other, good times. Managed to fall a sleep on the pavement for a little bit, and it was suprising comfy. Only downside was i ended up being sick about 4 times , as i had nothing to eat all day, apart from two bacon sandwiches, so we orderd a pizza at about 12, which was bloody lovely.

    Name A Band

Not really a band, but for the past month i can't stop listening to rap music, like: Lupe Fiasco, Three 6 Mafia, 50 cent, Eazy-E, Papoose, Hell Rell, the list goes on. The song on this called "move some keys" is awesome: Hell Rell Whats happening to me
  6. Oh my days he is such a smooth rider, it really takes the piss, and he has one of the best styles around. Awesome.

    Bmx Questions

I swear you asked this before didn't you? Either way as i said last time, i have the 06 which is an awesome complete, looks the shizzle, and rides really nice too, it's nice and flicky, but still feels pretty well balanced for brakeless manuals and the likes, it is also fairly light too. And the 07 is only an improvement over the 06, as it is lighter, and comes with some pimped bits on it like the animal tyres. So yeah go for it
  8. Just spent far too long sorting things out on it, god knows why, and i know have the best song ever on it. realmuthaphukkin_gs
  9. My mum has started photography, so i thought i'd whack a more recent one of me up.

    Joints!

You get it in the tablets then, i did use to take cod liver oil and glucosamine sulphate tablets (seven seas ones), they were bloody huge. But i was told that the glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin tablets are better.

    Joints!

Try get yourself some glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin tablets, i kept getting bad joints where they would ache and stuff, especially in my knees because of bmxing, so i have been taking them and they have helped a lot. Take a gander: Glucosamine Sulphate

    Bmx Questions

Yeah i do love mine, and as it's the same geo like you said, so s'all good. But as you want to a bmx that weighs as little as possible, then the wethepeople might be a better choice, as mine (which is the flow street) has no brakes and i run pegless, and i weighed it a while ago and it came to a bit under 28lbs, but mine does differ from the standard flow street because of the stuff i have put on it (check my profile to see the current additions to it), even so i'm not massively big, but it doesn't feel heavy to me, it feels nice and flicky. On the question note: i have about £60 to play with, so it's either a choice of some swanky slam bars, or some cheap forks which need to be as light as possible, but at £60 i'm not sure that i'm going to get what i want. So can anyone persuade me not to go for the slams, and find some cheap but light forks for the money? Edit oooh and yeah, whats the word on the MacNeil XLT silencer bars? I have just found them on Winstanleys £43, slightly more tempted to go for them instead of the slams if the forks are a no go.

Vancouver, i've never been there, but after watching Lotek Vancouver i really want to.

No no no, do get slams, that way if they feel too long, you can give them the chop to the right length that you want, not that you would need to, as wide bars are the best thing since sliced bread But if you really don't want to, then the Fit flow series bars are meant to be pretty good, and come in the low, mid, and high sizes, check out source bmx for them: The Source Edit:Oooh yeah, and just over a £100 for the Sunday 06 frame, they are a steal at that price. When is the 07 wave from going to be available, i really like the toothpaste colour they do now
  16. Yup i sure do, although i have changed a fair bit on mine like a new rear wheel (with freecoaster), new seat, grips, sprocket and i think thats about it. And the 07 one is only on improvement on an already sorted bike, so s'all good. Tell you what, i'll add a picture:
  17. In thats case go for the flow street, i have the 06 one and it is awesome rides like a beaut. Looks really swish with no brake mounts as well and in the stealth black paint scheme. Plus with some abikeco stuff on it, you can't go wrong. So the Fit flow street
  18. Are you sure? of all my years spent riding motorbike trials i have never seen a sidehop done that high, nor have i seen a sidehop in the same sense of a push bike trials one. Obviously it is possible to do fairly small hops sideways by using preload, and a blip of throttle to get both wheels in the air, but to do one in the same sense of push bike trials is asking a little much surely.
  19. That was bloody awesome, so inspirational. I haven't been on my trials motobike in ages, mainly because i got fed up of the whole routine with competitions, i wanted to do creative stuff and just enjoy riding it, and after i have seen that i feel like taking it back out and forgetting all the normal trials restricted competition stuff, and just mix things up a little. I think i might go out on it this weekend
  20. Yes he has, a GasGas Raga 300 (check the "post of pic of your motorbike thread"). But back to setting one up for the road; personally i wouldn't do it, simply because of what people have already said, and at the end of the day it doesn't do them much good. Plus it means you would have to make a compromise in gearing, between road gearing and actual gearing for trials use. I have heard many a story of people that take part in the Scottish six day, all to have their bike seize up on them. Then theres the whole problem with having to keep lights etc in working order, which can be a pain if you drop of the bike a lot, so it is much simpler to just strip it of all the unwanted stuff, and keep it as a pure trials bike.
  21. haha i cant either now, due to doing a flip over a rail and landing on my arse, getting better now but there is still a sore spot. On the freecoaster front, i have to agree with mark. In some cases having one doesn't make stuff easier, i found that when i do fast 180s down stuff with a cassette that when i landed and started to pedal back it helped keep balance and i snapped out quicker, but with a coaster i found it really weird at first, 'cause you tend to fishtail all over the shop, but after a while they are simple as and you can just glide a long for ages. But they to have a really satisfying feel for some reason, it is like Mark said it feels like you're just gliding every where, and everything just flows, 'cause once you have got your speed up you don't have to pedal, so it looks so smooth.
  22. My mate was trying to get me to go and see them, i said no Not my kind of music to be fair.
  23. Have you actually read what people of put, because if you did you wouldn't of claimed that everyone will say trials.

    Boink

It's because you're running 48h On a serious note, like it has been said i would give the wheel a check to see if it's nice and tight and sat correctly in the forks.
  25. With trials i try to always take the perfomance over the looks, but still have the looks to fit in with what i want (it makes it easier when i have a black and silver bike ). So performance generally comes first. But with BMXing, i do still look for the the perfomance first, but i take more time looking at the aesthetics than i do with trials parts, mainly because there is so much on the market, and the majority of it is of a good quality, so it gives me a wider option of creating my own style with colours and stuff.
