hello,

my name is hugo and i live in cumbria, around the penrith area. i have been riding trials for about ayear and a half. I bought a second hand onza t-bird of a friend and now can do the basics but need help learning how to get up stuff :)! I am 16 and am about to do my gcse's. i enjoy all types of biking, from trials to dh. I am also looking for a new bike to upgrade to.

hi,

my name is hugo, i ride a onza t-bird and have been riding for about 1 and 1/2 years, i love riding all types of bikes from trials to dh. i have learnt the basics and now am trying to develop my skills to be able to get up onto stuff. i am also looking for an upgrade in bike?

finaly i have dyslexia so i apologise for any bad spelling!!

Hi i'm Jake,

Only just getting into the trials scene so i'm currently bikeless. On the lookout for a nice 26" with a budget of about £400 :)

I'm from Huddersfield in west yorkshire, and when i'm not messing around with bikes i'm working on music with my band or recording for others.

Im new to the forum!!

just building up a trials bike.... not done any trials for about 7 years! but thought it wouls be fun to get back into it!

just buying bits now!!

Koxx Levelboss frame, an putting the rest together from random bits lying about at home and some ebay specials!!

Gone a bit overboard and bought myself some 6pots on 8" rotors!!!! we'll see how that works out when all the bits arrive!!

Does anyone know anything about drilling out rims? i have some Halo Combats at home, which weigh a tonne, so am thinking of drilling them out.... any ideas if this is a good or bad idea?

i never did something like trail bike, i dont even do bmx ! so im kinda new in this sorta stuff :/

my other hobby's are swimming,fitness,tennis and trialbike(future hobby xD)

the raison that i want to do trailbike is that i looks cool, it keeps you busy, you discover new tricks and you can do it whenever you want.

the second raison i want to do trialbike is that im bored alot xD and dunno what to do , i need to keep me busy.

the problem is now that i need to buy a hole new bike just to do trialbike. and my parents are somewhat against it ... >.<

Hi.My name is Radu,from Romania,20 years old.Looking to move to Denmark and buying an Onza Zoot.As a starter I think it's the perfect bike for me,cheap and good!

Bike trials has been a dream of mine since I was little,I saw older guys that had their regular mtb frame cut and welded at a smaller angle=)

Hi my name is Ashley but most people give me the nickname "Ashes". I live in Shropshire but can be found most weekends in powys riding as live on the border of England and Wales. My favorite riding location is Knighton as it is a place where i can ride with many of my freinds in an industrial estate where there are many top quality obstacles to ride.

I have rode my Da Bomb schoolie 2005 now for just over a year, this is due to being reinspired to do push bike trials after seeing many shows and realising how it would help me become better on a motorcycle trials bike. I have many other hobbies and interests such as. Motorcycle trials, Downhill racing, BMX riding, Motorcross, Ice skating and spending time with freinds.

Hi im jake, i ride a onza t-bird and have been riding nearly 4 months now, i also ride my saracen x-ile jump bike

Hi 

I'm a guy from Finland who likes to do trials. Finally got money to buy a decent bike and the parts are on the way. My bike will be Onza Limey 3 with mostly Trialtech components. I eager to ride a real trials bike since I've only ridden a MTB. When I'm not riding i play drums i a band called Stay In Echoes( http://www.myspace.com/stayinechoes sorry for the advertising:).

Hi Guys,

I'm 13 years old and I live near Hereford. I am hopefully going to get a trials bike but I'm not sure which one would be suitable for me.

I have a Mongoose Sbuject BMX and a Trek MTB which I will hopefully sell so I can afford a Trials Bike.

You will probably see one or two of my threads around. If you could answer them then that would be great.

I also am interested in Motorbikes. I have a Yamaha TTR 125L but I have just moved up to a 2 Stroke KX100 which I am loving! It is so much quicker and more fun to ride. Unfortently it is currently in parts but hopefully I will get some new parts soon.

I hope I haven't bored you to death already.

I kinda posted in the wrong section to start with :P

so here's my take 2:

Hi, I'm Mark, 23 all new to this sport and still saving pennies for my first bike, I will be riding round the Skipton and near villages area.

Other stuff I like: My car Corsa with a chavy x-orst (was bought like that :P), computers and the like, use to be mad on skateboarding but moved away from that when I got a car lol.

well that's my.. again (sorry about the other post was being kinda dumb :P im sure a nice mod will scrap that thread soon)

(p.s. I use 'lol' and ':P' way to much so apologies in advance)

Hello, I'm James and i'm just building my first trials bike.

I normally ride a track bike and I have dabbled in bmx. I thought trials would be

a good idea as I like the precission behind it and the ability to style stuff out if

you want to.

Will be riding in the Portsmouth area and am really up for a good summers

worth of riding. :)

Hi all,

new member here.

Name is Bayr (mom would say it like "by ear", but everyone says "bear").

I live on American shore, but was born in Russia( moved in 2006).

I always wanted to try trials(never had money and time to do that).

Had a bike for a week(riding everyday) and already have question about it.(i have a metal splinters where pedals screw into crank(i would say i overtightened them, but i did it with torque wrench at exactly 35 nm), anyone expirienced it? echo isis cranks and trialtech vp caged pedals.)

I have a 24 '' czar street frame, will post picture later.

Hey all!

My names Fraser and I've been riding on and off for just over 10 years (but that doesn't mean I'm any good).

I ride a 24Uk and a 20" Czar.

I live in Aberdeen but I mostly ride natural sections or at the skatepark (cause I don't have any trials friends!). I used to organise a trials night at the Aberdeen Exhibition Centre years ago so some people on here might remember that?

Also, I'm not a big forum user in general so don't bite my head off if I do anything noobish!

hey im Matty , i currently do downhill on my 2008 race spec Kona Stinky , i bought the stock 2008 version in 2009 for 1000 pounds brand new and have spent a further 1300 pounds upgrading it to race spec. After watching and learning off my friend who has a Zona Zip i would like to continue my love for biking on to trials biking but also still ride down hill. Another good point for riding trials is that it will improve my sense of balance while riding the narrow north shores or thin trails in down hill.

stock Toxsin one frame got it last september loving it

Hi, I'm Alan and possibly the oldest newbie around. At 37 I decided that i should make use of my big garden by riding a bike in it. Been riding for about 8 months now and could do with some buddies to help speed up the progression. I live near Glastonbury / Shepton Mallet so give me a shout if you are in the area.
