There have been like a page worth of comments on the actual frame. (not saying it doesn't make a good read) that too but they told him that any sort of scratch to the chainstay voids it too for some reason I'm not suprised by that, but i imagen there was more to it. The warranty coves manufacturing defect and material defects - constantly landing the chainstay on a wall/obstacle is clearly outside of this. That seems pretty awesome that they would let you get a different frame assuming it's the same price I wish more companies did that. Good luck getting that replaced. Big Gay Bear Posted June 27, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 27, 2008 Update: Rang up Trials-Uk to find out what was happening, Echo said they would replace the frame. They said for me to send down the frame and they would have a look at it. They also agreed to Swap the frame for a 26" Czar, but said they would have to email Echo again about it...
