What Grips

TartyBikes Soft Raffle grips are really good if your after rubber grips. Similar to the Echo Rubber and Try-All rubber grips, just a little softer, so don't hurt your hands as much. Nice and cheap to at £3. Last a good while aswell considering the price.

TrialTech foam grips are amazing if you are after foam type grips. I personally havn't used these, but have ridden bike's with them on, also heard nothing but good things about them. Unlike Halfords foam grips etc, these one's don't rip, which is quite rare when it comes to foam grips!

If I can ride in the wet, then I can ride better in dry..

Teaches you to find grip, rather than rely on your set up.

And why not? Just because I'd get a bit wet? You're afraid of rain..?

Spot on. i never let the wet stop me riding, unless it is absolutley chucking it down.

And i find lock-ons the best grips

As said, lock ons are the best fot the wet.

I once ripped off the remaining grip from some worn out lock ons, and glue some halfords foams on, was alright..bit thick though.

They worked well. :)

Or just glue on some foam grips.. I used to like the Halfords ones as you get a pack of four for around £5, and they're quite thick and comfy!
