Is there a way of convert this or can I just take it off somehow? My first rear Formula RX leaked after a week! The second front one leaked in the box... My dad had Formula brakes on his MTB too, and they where shit too.. Buy one and if it feels crap or even not quite right then get another on warrany until you get a good one. I would be concered because formula makes shit brakes (atleast now). Your brake might have been good, compare it to the new brakes like hope or saint and I think you would be quiet If he buys them, he's doing a hell of a big mistake...
