Paint Removal - Lazy Way?

Hi, I've started stripping the paint from my inspired frame using some paint stripper I got from B&Q, I've used it before to strip a pair of forks and after 24hr the paint had peeled it's self off and literally pulled off in one piece.

However the paint stripped has been on for 2 days and has been topped up 3 times in the mean time and the only part of the frame that has started to peel is the 4play sticker at the front.

I've started to scrub the frame with wire wool and after 5 hours I managed to get the frame just under half way raw but can't really be bothered to do the rest like this

buy some proper industrial paint stripper from a car bodyshop or on ebay. bit more expensive as it usually comes in 5 litres at a time but will genuinely bubble any paint off including epoxys without needing to scrub. wear gloves cos it burns and dont do it in a really small room

The starchem stripper is hit and miss, Langlow strip away pro is the shiz.

Good to know, I'll keep that in mind next time!

I am thinking about stripping the paint on my bike. What is the best thing to put on the frame + forks to stop them rusting after it has been stripped?

If you are still wanting the raw look without the paint get some clearcoat on there.
