Recently bought some Coustellier pads from Sam, and have fitted them but thats as far as i got 'til my chain snapped.

All i know is that they make the loudest noise i've heard :P

That's on a harshly ground Ronnie.

On a side note, which Heatsink pads are designed for a smooth, un-ground rim?

Tis for a friend :)

Ta brah, Woodford.

I have Coust pads which are nice, but I think they'd be better if they were longer. Because they are only tiny, they roll in your magura and it feels weird at the lever sometimes. (If you have them just lock the back brake on and rock back and forth and you'll see/feel what I mean.)

rimjam greens and i'm waiting for them to fall apart like the reds and blues did...

the blue ones peeled off part way and snapped the backing clean in two!!!

they grip really well and the pad wear is real slow, just a shame they dont stay together

Thats exactly what happened to the last of my rimjam blues (the first one just peeled off the backing very soon after I bought them).

Did you get yours replaced?

I emailed chris@rimjam.com ages ago but didnt get a reply, dunno if he got it but I emailed him again earlier.
