Here's my set up.

The middle (Dell 2001FP) and right (LG 1915S) screens are on my main computer (bottom one, black) and the left screen (dan 17" CRT) is on the top computer (my dads new one which I built).

It's quite a nifty set-up really, cause I just mong about between computers. The Dell screen also has a PS2 plugged into the composite port, and my speakers have a stereo splitter plugged into them which has both the PC input and the PS2 input so I can put music on and switch the screen over to the PS2 and listen to that too.

Someone is in need of a KVM Switch :-

Not really.

What's the point in spending money on a KVM?

I don't need to save any space on my desk, and I get along fine using 2 keyboards and 2 mice.

KVMs also give you a delay and various problems when switching peripherals between computers, or so i've found.

I could use Synergy, but I just can't be arsed really when this set up is fine as it is.

Definately, that way you could run both pc's with dual monitory goodness. And what do KVM's give you delay in? I use one on my main pc which i game etc on, it takes literally a second to switch (about the same time to take your hands off one setup and change to the other!) and they all use a keyboard shortcut to switch between computers these days so there's no need for your hands to leave the keyboard/mouse.

On the PC front, i just got my new case through (Antec P180) and got my first watercooling install done :)

Also Jonny, get that sub under your desk against the wall and it will sound much better (Y) I know it looks nice, but seriously :P
