The brake is on a floating adapter and a hope adapter on top of that which would snap before anything else as its taking the most strain. The floating adapater is replacable and the thickness of the chainstays and drop outs, I find it very unlikely that it'd snap. ride this week yh ? More than likely I'll let you know.
