Tried a decent housing and cables - jagwire ripcord. While the housing is very stiff, the cables were spongy like nothing. Changed to regular cables and got very stiff brake.

Yeah, you're definitely lucky one. Apart from shit material, guys from Mielec welds frames like they were amateurs not professionals. And when it comes to making a complaint to them - they will rather tell you that you are blind and they made everything like you wanted, even if deviations from the order are visible without measuring tape.

To be honest, judging on the time I lost to dl it, nothing special there. Old footage from some comps held in 2004, I've already seen some of them on other vids. So download only if you're a big fan of Caisso or have nothing to do with broadband transfer.

Clean Sweep rotors differ depending on the diameter. The bigger diameter - the more spokes more curved. My 2005 203mm rotor has 12 spokes, 160mm only six.

Those are standard bmx chain tugs. The dropouts are too short though so I had to put there some screw nuts to make it work. They provide quite good tension. I need to adjust them every 2-3 days but it's because chain stretches itself rather than wheel moves.
