  1. my advice would be try not to rely on the hop try and do side hops by doing a half pedal stroke to bring the front up and then try and balance with no hop (only use it when really vital) this will make you have to lean your body weight back and straighten your arms out as you will never balance in the position you are in at the mo. practice practice practice. also try and get to a gym and strengthen up your back muscles then you wont need to use your arms in the manor you are at the mo hope this helps buddy
  2. rear tyre looks tome like a maxis swamp thing 24

  13. good point but surely akrigg is almost riding bmx on a bike with 26 inch wheels? not taking anything away from it i ent and will never have the balls to ride like him, but i just think its almost not trials? i mean trials comes from the moto form and its all natural based, and brakes are esentual, also the hop is the base of the sport, take that away and surley it is no longer trials but something different?? just jhought it was worth raising the question?
  14. lucky lucky lucky. only thing i dont like is the forks they are descusting get some urbans for each bike will be so mint with them

    Mbuk....

my view on the mag is generaly good i use to buy it all the time but then there was no trials in it other than hip hop?? i think personaly tarty bikes should get an advert in the mag and there should defo be more trials pages there is plenty of comps / organized rides for them to write about?? i know people have said that only 10% of riders that buy the mag are trials riders, but this is because there is no trials in the mag, i mean it cant take much to put a few more pages in the mag with a proper trials section, its still a massive part of mountain biking, and needs a mention. i mean we all read about other types of riding a?
  16. my advice buy all the bits bar frame and fork, then when you come to gettign them there will be all sorts of new frames and forks out so you will be able to get the latest frame and fork but 24 is where it is at for street trials
  17. nice pics there buddy,it was a good little ride actualy
  18. i would say stock because i ride one, but also because a few of my mates/local riders have changed from mod 2 stock after a few moths of me nagging them and they will never look back. mods may seam easy but that cant always be a good thing i have seen countless vids of people on mods doing decent things but the style just looks so so so so so wrong, it takes a lot to look comfey on a mod and there are only a few people that really suit one. hope it helps
  19. well i have said it before and i will say it again AWESOME just cant think how you manage some of them lines
  20. looks to me like he has a set of kenda tyres on there buddy, they are ok quite heavy and not ver pinch resistant maxxis all the way buddy
  21. that looks awesome much better than the gu, good work
  22. 2nd hand mate, when i started up again i wish i had done this. have a look on here/ ebay sure you will get something for around that, or dont rush in to geting one just put the dollar away and save a little bit, you will get a decent bike for aroung the £350 mark
  23. the tpa on an 07 magura is fine, if they do brake just get a metal one and i guarante it will be mint.
  24. depending on the conditon of the ozonys i would get that, but if its bit beaten just go for the czar, the geo ent that different and they are really really nice frames to ride
  25. denguras are shoddy mate they dont lastr long they dont set up as nice as a normal 07 maggie, also they are crap to bleed, and on top of that they are a complete rip off dont get one, the only ok thing is the short cylinders, but again they dont make a difference unless you need extra clearance. also the 20th aniversary ones are good if you like the colours
