not the best fight to watch by any means but haye was tactically spot on! in and out fast, picking his moments. Valuev couldnt land any for shit. I didnt think hay ewould take that tactic and not have the stamina but has proved himself a clever and extremely fit boxer. The last round was epic! Was so pleased when haye won but at the same time felt sorry for Valuev, dunno why. Probably because he is a nice guy and doesnt do any trash talking etc. Bring on haye vs klitchcko!!! (either of them)

havent experienced it but my mom is a secretary and she has a gel support infront of her kepyboard and mouse mat. keeps her wrists straighter and off the hard desktop which i guess can affect circulation. She's been doing her job for 14 years, and shes never complained about her wrists or fingers. Might be worth a look, their only cheap. sorry i cant help anymore. Hope all gets better.

its a tough one..... haye is a much much much better boxer, with alot of pace and excellent stregth (for his size) valuev is an absolute shit boxer but landing one of his punches is devastating. His strength is ridonkulous but its all he has. so if hayes usually powerful hits affect valuev and he doesnt tire from trying he will win. But if valuev is lucky and lands a decent punch he will tko him. the only thing that can win it for valuev is his sheer power, nothing else. im on the fence on this one, but im deff watching it! p.s- i hope haye wins so he can fight one of the klitschkco brothers.

ye, i seem to prefer to wonder forever what they would say, rather than asking and risk a massive confidence bash if they say no. Because atleast if i never know then it could have been a yes, so it wont be as bad. But then after a while and you realise you have missed your chance its hurts also! i missed out on a girl ive dribbled over for aaaaaages because i kept making up excuses in my head not to take the plunge and ask her out as i over thought everything. I kept thinking 'oh she wont like me, why would she?' rather than just asking her myself. I also didnt want to ask her because if she did say no it would be a confidence knock. instead of just getting on with stuff, i just think it all through stupidly loads, talk myself out of stuff and then fanny it.....and get all grumpy when it dont go my way..AND ITS ALL MY FAULT!?! worse thing is.....i spoke to her on facebook with our usual chit chat and got onto the stuff about us because i drunkenly text her etc...turns out she wanted me to ask her out for ages, she would have said yes but she is now seeing someone else and theres pics of them kissing on facebook etc now. GREAT! life tip for everyone......JUST GET THE f**k ON WITH IT! in whatever you do, in any situation your unsure of and questioning your confidence etc...JUST GET THE f**k ON AND DO IT! before you have a chance to analyse it and talk yourself out of it. f**ks up? least you tried!. sorry to go on lol. going to be kicking myself for ages though.....only myself to blame no worries mate, least i know now. think my bro might be on vodafone. cheers
