  1. Looks amazing with the white parts. I'm sure Onza will do good with their new pro models, what other trials company can boast a lightweight frame, decent chain tensioners, and geometry all for under £300, not many now. I want to see a full video now, the frenchy video was so smooth, its almost made you a completely different rider.
  2. Okay a point (and a pedantic forum one at that), learn to count your points.
  3. I thought you was a student who could only afford £50 for his whole family? Xbox 360 is the way.... =D
  4. People who walk straight into the shop, and go straight for the till and ask me; "Do you have any fuses?" without even bothering to look or acknowledging me saying "Good Morning".
  5. 4x4's, seriously who needs a 4x4, whats wrong with a normal car, its all about a status thing and they are just a dangerous vehicle, people should have a special licence for them, and women shouldn't be allowed to drive them at all. Mobility scooters, again who needs them, the majority of people I see on mobility scooters are either lazy or fat, alot of people I see who are actually ill go around in an electric or normal wheelchair, theres a guy round my way with just one leg who copes on just crutches!. Mobility scooters are too dangerous to have on paths (and the idiots who try riding them on the roads), someone riding a bike with consideration on a path is less dangerous to pedestrians than a mobility scooter, the weight and speed to some of them is ridiculous.
  6. Lets hope for good weather, last time we went Norwich it was freezing. Meet at the station just before 10? Birdman, Reece and myself so far. =D
  7. Those pictures are terrible, I can only make out a silhouette of a T-Pro frame. Would like to see some better lit and better quality photos so I can make out the specification. Other than that, nice starter bike.
  8. How about Norwich on Friday 23rd? or the week after.. Saturday 31st.
  9. Hahah sure thing buddy, what Uni you at...? Or when I come up to Norwich =D. Video is up. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=130674
  10. Vimeo description pretty much says it all. http://www.vimeo.com/2874420 Not a massive ride but certainly a fun one.
  11. I may not have thought this through properly.... but... Assuming you have the correct crank on the correct side of the BB (so the pedals don't self loosen as Adam said), with a choice of thread you could put your whole drive chain on the other side so as not to damage it if you sidehop to the right. =D (or not)
  12. Garmins are apparently the ones to go for, the original SatNav. Unless you buy from somewhere like Halfords, a lot of the TomTom's sold in Argo's or where ever are only licensed by TomTom and are just some branded duffer, so you can either go to Halfords (and get sucky customer service if it goes wrong) or get a Garmin. =D
  13. Cheers for the comments guys. Jumped on the train and had a little ride in Chelmsford on it (video up soon), just feels a lot nippier and better than my Echo at pretty much everything. I don't know if its the shorter chain stays, or the length, but just seems a lot easier to get onto the back wheel (for pidgeons, wheel swaps, or just lifting up the front as though to do a manual). I haven't tried bunny hopping it yet, but I'm sure as hell it will easily be learnable on this. I'm not a massive rider but this has made the stuff that I can do, a lot easier. My magura was screwing me over a bit on the ride, so I think its an excuse to try out the beefy disc mount. Give it a month or so it'll probably be so. =D
  14. Whats wrong with your brake pads Reece. I'm getting the 1 o clock train up, see you there.
  15. I ordered a camcorder battery on Saturday and its not here yet. Early days I know, but in todays internet and e-commerce age I expect such items sooner.
  16. Got the Limey built up today. =D (Excuse the image quality)
  17. Youtube Video -> ">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">
  18. Bashplate is staying, I'll wreck the frame without it. I'll order a disc the second my Magura plays me up (its very close to it). And the Echo parts are slowly being replenished with alternative makes (note the Trial Tech stem) =D. I've only had a little ride and it definately feels less tank-like than my Echo, more springier to gap, and easier to switch the rear. All my parts fitted perfectly (When I got my Echo Lite frame that was somehow a bitch with all Echo components ).
  19. Ima get JonMack drunk.... =D I'm still thinking ideas of what tattoo to get done, I can think of loads of different ideas but they all look gash on their own, I can't think of a way of montaging them all together. Not long 'til I can get it done. =D
  20. Looks like it suits you mate, I'm sure you must feel really powerful on that compared to the big wheels.
  21. I've wanted to rid myself of the tank of a frame that was my Echo Lite, I got on with it sometimes and not at all at other times. It felt too long, I could never get chain tension, I wanted to run rear disc, so I've killed all those birds with this lovely stone. Big thanks to Joe at Onza for getting it out so quick. I just need to re-route the hose, and then tempted to regrind the rim, or whack a disc on the rear.
  22. Mr. Hearn and I shall be riding Chelmsford this Saturday, probably in the afternoon as im out in the morning. Any takers...?
  23. THutley, add it boyos. Ready to give anyone a canning on COD 4 as Mr Mack witnessed.
  24. I know its a bad thing to say but items need to be packaged in a way that will protect it from such incidences, especially of greater value. Any courier is the same, items get thrown around, kicked around, and stepping on it is probably the most likely cause of this braking. Or perhaps a great weight from other parcels..?
  25. I believe this was a warranty replacement via Trials-UK. Get in contact with Dan, I'm sure it won't be long until he starts stocking them.
