No worries.
On a fourplay you want a lot of rise so I recommend the trialtech highrise bars. Short but steep stem and as many spacers as your steerer can take.
Carbon bars are very hit and miss. I'm currently on my 3rd set. The stiffness of them is the main benefit, as you only save around 100g when compared to your average ally bar.
However onza carbons are actually an ally bar with a carbon wrap. The geo on them is very dated by todays standard so that combined with the fact that they aren't the toughest bit of kit out there means you would benefit from trialtechs or something similar.
I'm really not sure, I got them off Dave Kerr, pretty sure they're the 2012's. Cut down around 20mm each end.
And yeah the cranks barely have a mark on them (3 months old), I never tend to abuse my bike. I need to lose some weight myself and let the bike be fat for a change.
