As nice a guy as Josh is, Jaf frames and many of his components are shoddy. I know of many frames cracking, many sloppy fixes, many things bending. Hope you can sort it though.

I once posted a profile wheel that I sold through here for £100. Buyer claimed it never arrived and I ended up having to refund him. Was gutted. Made a claim through royal mail, however due to my stupidity of not posting recorded delivery I only received a book of stamps as compensation.

Nice one adam, do you have any of the torx bolts? one of mine is very much rounded which wont be helping. Also, any idea as to why the pistons wont return fully? Both sides rub on the rotor.

Do you have to rebleed it often Dan? Surely you can't even lay the bike down?

Received a hope trial zone front disc the other day knowing it needed some work. Coming from a background of pretty much sticking to nothing but magura, vee and the odd avid bb7 I have little to no knowledge on hopes. Have just given it a rebleed following the hope video guide and there is no air coming out of the pipe anymore... However, there is some sort of breather hole in the side of the lever cap - Can be seen here: This is leaking fluid with every brake pump, and when the lever is upside down obviously leaks more. Also the pistons wont fully return (even though i prised them open throughout bleeding). Any idea what's going on? Am I just being an idiot and missing something obvious here?
