It's not a street frame, it's a lightweight comp style frame, which I why I've always said giving one to Swindlehurst was f**king stupid. He's an amazing rider, but he's a TGS style rider, and their bikes get more of a hammering than a comp rider. Now CLS is in aswell? Good luck Onza. It'll be very hard to make a street frame better than a Zona. I'd suggest taking the Zona, making it under 2kg and rebranding it an Onza and it'll sell really well. Looking at the evidence in here, it's obviously a design flaw that will need sorting for the 2010 frames. If I were running Onza, I'd get a gusset in there on every frame that's produced from this point onwards, as fast as possible. Or there will be so many coming in for a half price replacement you'll loose money.

Yeh definately the UK, and out of the UK countries I bet England has the most. When you look at the stats, we're pretty crammed in, the US only has double the amount of people, but like 50 times the space.

You sanded the rotor? The surface has to be perfectly flat and polished, with sharp edges on the holes for it to work properly. If it's already had new pads and all the rest is alright, I'd say try a different rotor.

Just to stop it freezing and to stop it damaging the seals, it doesn't lubricate really which is a pain, but I just lube the seals myself anyway. I tried making an emulsion fluid, but it wouldn't emulsify no matter what I did, the oil just floated on top.

It's a coolant for motorbike engines, very easy on seals and it doesn't freeze. It's quite a thick consistancy though, so I run it 4:1 with normal water. (1 part Pro-Cool, 4 parts water).

I just use normal tap water mixed with Pro-Cool, seems to work well.

You should have checked it over really I'm afraid, you paid cash and you bought second hand stuff, it's the risk you take. There is no warrenty or guarantee unless covered by a manufacturers one. I'd see what you can get off him, but in reality you're going to struggle.

Yep, have done for a year in 8 days time. Got my Kot for my 18th. Just got a new frame, just got to sort the last few bits out and it'll be good to roll again, so I'll be doing another vid. Bit better on stock now, but much worse on Mod seeing as I sold it 6 months ago.
