He's 5'9" and 10 stone 1lb? That's far from underweight, that's a healthy weight. I know 5+ blokes who are that sort of height and well under 10 stone who are far healthier than me. I'd go and see a doctor and a physio. It doesn't sound like a simple case of stretching more or exercising less to me.
Dunno about cars, but the way I've always done it on bikes is to (solidly) mount a micrometer over the spark plug hole, attach a spoke to it and turn the engine over until you find TDC. Doing it by eye is simply not accurate enough to get it right IMO.
Aye, I only looked into them briefly, but my understanding is that they have loads of cupra bits already (wheels, suspension, brakes and so on), and they've got the 150bhp version of the 1.9D. Plus, big boot.
I didn't really find the concept funny as it's not my kind of humour, some bits were hilarious though. Just highlighted why I packed in trials in the end, everyone I rode with needed to lighten the f**k up. The TGS vs the world thing got so tiring, especially when I went on group rides in cities and just got mocked constantly for having a lightweight bike.
It seems better now with the 24 tour and similar stuff, but I have no interest any more.
Who the f**k is Brad Johnson? Yeh it really does. He was such a legend. When I moved to Sheffield I met him through a girl who knew a guy who knew another guy who was flat mates with a guy who was close mates with the dead lad, but several of us bonded instantly and had some of the best nights out and silly times of our lives. After he died, some people moved away from Sheffield so the group has pretty much disbanded now.
GOD DAMN IT BRAD, COME ON!!! But, who the f**k is Brad? Not angry, but pretty down. One of my best mates died 2 years ago today in a freak accident while he was travelling in India. He was only 20, such a f**king waste.
The guy sounds like a complete douche. I'll not lose sleep over it. I'd love to see them try to enforce it these days though, there aren't enough coppers to control a simple student protest/riot, how are they going to manage when every lad who's fit for service marches on London?
She's not a peasant, she appreciates that old films are usually better. I think Phantom Menace will put her off. This is what I was thinking. Get her hooked on the quality stuff, then feed her the shit later. Like cocaine.
Where do I start? Discuss/vote please! Do I start off with the Phantom Menace and watch them in the order they appear in time, or start with A New Hope and watch them in the order that they came out in? I'm leaning more towards A New Hope first, as that would explain more about the history and stuff. Halp!
Ahh I see, fair enough! I know a lad from work who has the 1.4 16v sport. Really can't see the appeal myself. It's pretty slow, and only does about 40mpg if you tickle it everywhere. I'm still saving as much as I can, but kind of resigned to the fact that it's going to be a year or so before I can afford to buy a car. Still, I'd rather wait and buy it outright rather than borrow money for it.
That's pretty sweet, with zero no claims (they won't accept 3 years of bike no claims), I can insure an Audi S4 for £1200. I'm starting to enjoy getting older lol.
I turn 23 next week, all my friends (pretty much) are younger than me, yet seem so much older and more boring. Seriously, when did I become the one on nights in the pub with daft ideas of stuff to do next? Tonight the couple I went to catch up with left at 9.30... I need younger friends! But young people piss me off.
Oh. It's not mine then. I had one that looked identical to yours that leaked like crazy, but thought I gave it to you with that box of junk you kindly removed from my Dad's shed.
Hmmmmmmmm. The new nVidia cards power 4 monitors, but only 3 of them for split screen gaming. The 4th is an "accessory screen", so only for monitoring your temps or watching telly or something. Graphics card budget usually fluctuates massively, so really depends how much you want to spend? Personally I'd buy a GTX770, but if that's too expensive then a 760 might do the job.
