  1. Whut? If you have £X to spend per month, and you need to cover Y miles, simple maths dictates what car you drive and how you drive it. But I really wish it was your way, because now I'm working (and 23) I will be able to insure some pretty impressive cars in 6-12 months. (Paying debts first, then saving for cars takes time).
  2. Ah that sucks. Clio diesel? My Dad's ladyfriend used to have one and reckoned it would happily do 60mpg on the motorway. Only 65bhp though so it was pretty depressing to be in.
  3. Why did you sell the Focus?
  4. £1500 you say? Clio 172.

Any decent name brand will be fine. I stick to Samsung religiously. I bought a Series 5 with an i5-3210m, 6gb of ram and a 1tb hard drive for £630 last year. It was awesome until I sold it. (To my girlfriend).
  6. That's smart. Love your angry birds haha.
  7. I was sitting on the settee watching that, I actually said out loud "I bet JD will be stood up for this bit with a tear in his eye and his hand on his chest". I rather enjoyed that episode!

Thought you meant 3 guests lol. Anyway, still think it's disgraceful.

Couldn't care less what is optional really. None of it is included in my course fees at all, as it is at most other universities, which is a piss take. Anyway, £15 for me, 3x£6 for guests and £45 for robe is £78. In my opinion, I shouldn't have to pay to attend at all, and my robes should be included, and 2 guests should be free. Any more guests than that and my photos should be paid for I agree, but paying for robes that are mandatory? f**k off!

£15 for my ticket, 6x £6 for my guests, £47 for my photo pack, £45 robe and hat hire. So actually a mere £143.

Now, most of you on here know that I'm normally a very mild mannered chap, nothing seems to wind me up (honest), but having to pay to attend my own graduation ceremony really does f**k me off. As if uni hasn't cost me enough bloody money already! If I cared about the ceremony then I probably wouldn't mind as much, but I'm realistically only going so my family gets to go to one. In total the event has cost me £150 already. Completely ridiculous if you ask me.
  12. Loving this at the moment. Easily my favourite song of 2013, can't wait for the new album to come out!
  13. My old chain and sprockets on my trials bike were so worn out that the teeth started cracking and snapping off the rear sprocket. When I replaced them it seemed like it was making twice as much power! Never realised how much power a worn chain and sprockets can sap.
  14. Yeh probably, I just lose track of how many chipsets Intel are releasing these days.
  15. Was it blue? And did he have it set up as a trials bike? I think I may have met him once in New Mills.

Sounds like a bit of a cock gobbler this Phil guy. I certainly wouldn't pay him to work on my car if he can't even be reliable for his mates.
  17. Both those links are broken, but if you've managed to find a Z77 board (think you were looking at Z77) without a network interface, I'll be fairly surprised!
  18. The original wavey mini rotor is by far the best performing with a Mono Trial I've ever seen.
  19. They're not my cup of tea, but not 'ugly' and very well thought of. Get the windowed version though!
  20. That spec is fine, far far higher than anything I've ever owned or worked on. Stop worrying!
  21. Have you checked if there are any new drivers available? I never re-use the old ones. New is always better.

Doesn't matter how much that shit ain't my style, if my ladyfriend's face was on inside out then I doubt I'd have wooed her...
  23. That, but make sure TRIM gets turned on and auto-defrag gets turned off.

As long as she's got all the correct bits in their relevant places, surely that's the main thing?
