I've recently gone from a hardtail to a full susser. But I ride more downhill than uphill I've found with the full susser that I can push it a lot harder on the downhills but also relax a lot more on the flats and uphills. Itgs defo a lot more all round fun. My bikes defo at the heavy end of all-mountain freeride but because of the adjustable geometry its more than capable of tackling the odd xc blast.

I lived in Oz for 3 and a bit years, went to Sydney once or twice, does that help? lol

Bad luck Joe! This happened to me a week or so ago, some jobless little shite ran there key down the side of my car. I mean its not like I drive an Audi or BMW its just a bloody 106 (albeit a very shiney one ) Pales in comparison to whats happened to you though! Would it not be better to get it fixed yourself rather than insurance? Although if its just a windscreen (on your car at least) are these not excluded as a "claim" as such? I've not read the whole thread so whos knows if this has been mentioned or answered before lol

I have a set of revelations, really good all round fork. + in complete contradiction to Tomm i love the u-turn feature, lock out is pretty handy too. I'd still hold out for a set of Fox though, really can't be beaten. Although saying that i've heard of problems with the TALAS forks, them going pop being the main problem!

So whos got a grinder they can bring, and some method of powering it My bike needs a good service before sunday, my kings getting to the breaking teeth stage of slipping! Can't wait haven't been on a TF group ride in ages.
