Use a stanley blade. Just wet the gunk, and ease it off. I worked at a valeting place and thats the best way to get stickers off. Hope i've helped!

You need to have the back wheel on the left edge of the pallet, and tap space while selecting the pedal kick upwards to get to backwheel. Once you are balancing on the backwheel, do a huge the pedal kick upwards onto the object. And voila!

It was well hot today! Had to find shade every 20mins, so we didnt get much riding in, mostly pissed around on the seafront and found crabs. nice and hot though!

Err, loose the mech, make an ultra lightweight tensioner, make it so it tensions the chain upward which means less links. Lightweight skewers, carbon bars maybe Also, Change the rear rim and fill the tyres with helium. (only saying that because nobody has done it before). Although, as the helium molecules are small, they will escape the tubes and you will have to fill it back up quite regularly. Also, i can't tell from the pic, but cut down the steerer if you havent already. And possibly a smaller front brake. Maybe a different BB aswell, but thats all i can think of.
