IS mount and POST mounts are different types of caliper/fork interfaces, for example manitou forks are post mount whereas magura forks (and I think pretty much, if not all trials forks are IS mount). Oh, and obviously post calipers and post forks go together, same for IS mount caliper/forks. Check this picture:

Oh and you have to be 18 to get a driving licence here, now THAT sucks. And to get a provisional licence you have to be 16, pass the theory test and pay for a minimum of 20hours of driving lessons (1hour of driving = 32€ish which is £22), that makes a total of £447 for driving lessons, around £1000 for sitting in front a TV taking mock theory tests, £50 for sitting the theory and then pay some more for taking your real test...wow french government = robbing bastaaaaards.
