  1. Hey guys, Thought I would post this up, Built it last week. Weighs sub 10KG, Definatley feels more trialsy than the regular Zoot.
  2. This is true, Seddon, Burton , Carthy , Crisp are all running them.
  3. Honestly think their great, real light weight but if you are doing a comp in the rain or muddy then they do lose grip dramatically. Nice bike although if you routed the rear hose then it would look even nicer.
  4. The comment you are quoting me on is the CLS frame and the limey 4 26", Why I wanted to change the down tube from the Swoopy hydro one. Joe has been asking for a super light frame for an age now and sadly light frames are simple and there is not much you can do to make them look different to other light weight frames on the market. Tubes have to be simple and the CNC has to be very minimal. I suppose the selling points would be the would retail for between £400-£450, It has an integrated headset , the first full U6 tubed frame we have ever done (not just really thin alloy) Our CNC reverse chain tensionors and a similar but unique geo. This is not us saying "look what we have dreamed up for this years frame" its one of about 5 frames going to be released this year and it fills a gap in our range of pro series frames. A super light comp style frame. We do not pick a weight and go lets make a frame weigh that much, We design a frame and then see the weight. If it comes to be that light then we will test it to make sure the end user does not get the short end of the stick. How many times have we shown prototypes and then its been months until release? This is due to testing. Joe's comments so far is that its even stiffer then the Limey 3 and as you already know 300g lighter. Its been tested by Joe since March and still going strong so confidence is still high with the strength.
  5. 320 came out in December last year, This is still prototyping if thats a real word. Could be months till its out. Its 1.273 KG i think. Waiting for some pics of Andrei's 26" version built up. Thats about 1.4KG 1090 +40 380 73HA. Tis very....Purple. Not sure yet but it may be disc only. Not tested it with mags yet so with it being so light flex may be an issue.
  6. Hi Guys, Just posting this for Joe, Frame Proto Limey 4: Weight 1.2KG 995 +90 350 72HA Bike weight is some where near 7 something.
  7. Limey 4 Mod Joe is testing has the same geo apart from its a plus +90. Adam is right though, 345 is not really a real CS length.
  8. Thanks Matt, Forks and hubs are on the way, Dont expect anything revolutionary but we have been following the trends and hopefully will deliver the goods. Frame set is sweet, look out for a full build with the NEW ONZA HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES!
  9. Yep, its gonna here in a few months, £119.99. Yes Mark, Inspired from the woodstock BB yoke, a Sunday BMX inbuilt pivotal seat post, the drop outs from our new 2010 range and from people saying they would like tad shorter 24" frame to be available.
  10. They will be in a new colour in about 3 months, When the gold has run out.
  11. I think as in i need to measure it it, Its should be 1050, +50 380 73. Its actually the Ice 24", Sorry.
  12. Its the same frame, Just a differant hyroformed down tube to keep in line with the Limey 4. We may change back for the production one. He is having fun on his Zoot anyway at the moment haha. Here's the Zoot TGS 24" frame proto.
  13. Its mainly to do with covering up the rings. Bash plates are fitted too so that the customer has the choice.
  14. True, As a sponsor myself its not how high you can side hop or your competition record its more the type of person you are. You need to be an ambassidor of the brand you are promoting.
  15. Fantastic event! love to all those that set up and MR Mitchell for the venue. Good seeing everyone again after the winter and new faces are always great too see. Fantastic riding by the 4 top 26" riders, Absolutley no room for error with those scores. See you Addingham, Hope we get the same weather.
  16. Dont stop me now, I'm having such a good time. Love Freddie

  17. Joe@Onza

    Bmx Cls.

He still rides both, and with his mod frame almost having the same geo as the Zoot..........
  18. Comp 2010, With the spare cash get some alloy forks! ha ha. Gotta push 'em.
  19. Well, you can always pop down the factory to have a look at a 320 if you like dude, Incase you change your mind.
  20. Well, You kinda land on your frame anyway when you land on your chain.
  21. Wicked, I'm getting one for my BMX then!
  22. Well its light enough, Its a stiff and responsive frame thats very flicky. I'd say most people who have rode them have had positive comments and some would says its there favourite ride to date. Geo wise its very easy to pull up and balanced on the back wheel. Lengh wise its longer then the average but its no barge. Hope it helps.
  23. Fantastic product if it would live up to the abuse but does anyone else think that 204 pick up would cause more drag on a race BMX thus giving it a dis-advantage?
  24. It was named the Master between the 2003-2009 models. It was made in 2005 as 1 of 4 prototypes. I beleive Ben Slinger won te UCI world Championships on it and I dont think any of them broke. Stant man T might correct me on that though. I cant remember the Geo but the idea of the dropped stays was for 3 reasons, 1, Not having to split the chain, 2, Protected the chain from mis-timed side hops, 3, was so we could use a reverse chain tug idea but we then designed the current reverse drop outs. The belt drive idea was put into place only after it was designed for the above ideas, Unfortunatly the belts never stood up to the torq of trials, I can remeber snapping one just hopping up a curb. Would have be great if it had worked as the belts were a fraction of the weight of a regular chains and it didnt stretch. OBM did have one too so he might know a bit more then me, It was out about 6 months before I started working for Onza. Actually, Just looking at it it looks alot like the the Limey 20 on the front end, 4 years before it was launched!! haha. Hope that explained it for you.
  25. Hi guys just wondered if anyone had seen this before. One of the riders sponsored by dressler, Some pretty cool riding!
