  1. Never known anyone have that before, but i may be wrong might be common as rain.
  2. Avid always seems to be a safe option. The best you can afford really. SD7 as a minimum i'd say with the same lever (sd7)
  3. My back brake on my old Ko was immensely loud. The back of that frame was really stiff too (integrated booster). I'd say get some different pads if it bothers you. A booster would improve the performance of the brake though.
  4. i'll go if i can, its the time as the iow festival though so getting on and off the iow might be a problem that weekend
  5. If you havent ridden before, then you tend to get used to and like what you start off on. Then when you progress you upgrade parts and eventually frame or bike to what suits you best. Thats what i did anyways and it worked for me. Wish i could have ridden everything though
  6. Looks sweet, not keen on the blue rims though.
  7. Glad to see you have joined liam about time! Your choice on the yaabaa budget 20" seems a good one to me. Be usefull to see what other people think. OT. The mini is looking sh*t hot even if it doesnt work most of the time L2B 2010 here we come
  8. I'm sure 1st class is next day? It usually says. If it says next day then thats what it is.. i'd imagine it will all come tuesday

    Echo Lite 09

I dont think they look to bad, but its's just a big no on a white bike. In my opinion anyway

    Echo Lite 09

looks really nice appart from chain and tires. edit (sp)
  11. properly made me laugh. On topic, bike is ok, far to expensive in my opinion though
  12. I would loose the stupid font and sort out your spelling a bit. You might find you get a bit more feedback then
  13. ive ridden with both, i found a bash plate useful when i was learning. When i progressed and got a new bike i used a ring. i found i actually used it very little, so worked out just right really. Personally i would say to go for a ring if you feel confident enough to not use it to often.
  14. my biggest fear is missing the front wheel, when you get onto bigger side hops. I've done it and it really hurts, not to mention raping your forks. I should learn to side hop the 'correct' way i suppose

    Echo Tr Lever

you can cause things to leak by over tightening. If it has been tightened a lot and doesnt stop, it will need to be sorted out properly not just continuously tightened. i'd stay away personally.
  16. Dont do this it wont work and your dad will need a new wheel for his cutter
  17. Hey, just wondering if anyone from here is going on the l2b this year?
  18. kl kl, no one know the echo geo ?
  19. orange bikes ***. looks sweeeeet
  20. This outweighs the effort in my opinion
  21. Two questions. Does anyone know the frame geo of an 08 echo lite short. Can a braided hose be shortened? Sorry about the nooby questions but i did search :$
  22. I wouldn't want it, but i do quite like it. I think it will sell fine, someone will want the 'rainbow bike' EDIT. sp

    Powerballs..

thats mental gettin that high in both hands. As for losing the string, then HAVING to get it going yourself.. well.. thats all part of the fun
  24. Your right it does work... until your rim gets wet. It's just as easy to put a grind on a rim though, which is far more effective, providing you have access to a grinder.
