  1. Nice one, cheers. Fingers crossed. Nothing worse than a creaky bike
  2. Amazing video! You go soo big i admire your courage! Even if i though i could go that big i wouldn't have the balls. Proper good effort!
  3. I've had major pad wobble on my front brake after cleaning a lubing it. It sounded like the headset was shot. Anyway tried adams method and it made an instant difference! It still does however still creak a bit. Anyone know how long it will take for the pads to 'bed' in?
  4. sorry not for sale at the moment.

  5. People say it's a pointless move.. Aren't all trials moves pointless really? That said i think gaps down to front are just not good and look wank. I do appreciate how hard they are though! so a good effort on making the gap in that way!
  6. By that you mean brake fluid?.. If so its amazingly corrosive and a big no no to use a lubricant.. More on topic my lever clicked and creaked, lubing it with some silicone spray or such like works a treat. If you cant be arsed to buy anything sun flower oil a good choice

    Noob Question

I've just been out riding in the extreme heat for a few hours. Had an amazing ride did nearly everything bigger. Was ace! I like to think i'm a very smooth riding, but the way my 'good ride' was going i went a bit too big for my ability and got a pinch. Basically i want to know if i can just use a tesco 20" tube on my 19" rim. I'm not bother if they are weak it's very rare for me to pinch cheers.
  9. They were/are good on a smooth rim up front. Depends on how you ride and what you preferance is.
  10. Not being funny.. You dont need to post everytime your bike breaks.. I'm sure people break things all the time. Just buy some new tentioners. Make sure everything is tight. Then go out and enjoy your bike. Happy days.
  11. Looks sweet loving the B5r frames at the moment.

Well i was going to drive but.. my dad owns my van and he has decided he doesnt want me taking all that way Coach sounds great. Be good to get everyone on this and all chip in. Just leave a few seats free for the bike lol
  14. Looks great two lads used to ride them when i was growing up. Both of them snapped them and so pashley replaced the frames and as a favour did them in cream. They were the only two in the country that colour. I could only dream of such a bike back in the day!
  15. Looks really nice. I have my rage bars like that and they feel great.. i will try them further back later on and see how i get on.
  16. Thats disgusting. Dissapointing from them as they seem to be making such nice stuff

Really lol hmm. I'm thinking about gettin the boat to southampton and driving from there. Bit more research needed i think. Whats everyone else doing from down this end?
  18. You either want to save the weight or you don't.. For those who do it's probably worth and for those who dont it's obviously not. I think it's fairly priced. I'll invest at some point for sure.

Right i live on the iow as you can see and i want to figure out whether its cheaper for me to drive to st Asaph or get the train. I'll be going from portsmouth harbour (i think) Has anyone looked in this yet or know a train route? Yes i'm having issues with this. Cheers guys. shay
  20. Photo looks awesome! Good effort to whoever took that(Y)
  21. So your saying only 1 pads moves on a mono? I thought they were called mono brakes as they are single pot calipers? More on topic. Clean the brake. Then try and trap the freely moving piston and get the other moving freely with the brake lever. Mine did this and they were fine in the end
  22. Nasty. I'm not keen on boxed tubing on any frame.
