Truing a wheel - Tightening a spoke pulls the rim to that side. If your spoke is a driveside spoke, and you tighten it, it will pull the rim that way. And the opposite happens if you loosen the spoke. So, if your rim is buckled to the driveside, find the buckle, find the spoke that goes to the non-drive side, and tighten it until the buckle goes away. There's more to it than that, but that's the gist.

Also, an ISIS and square taper axles to fit hollowtech cranks. Thus turning your hollowtech external BB into an isis/square taper bb...

If it's always rubbing, the wheel's not in straight, the wheel's dished wrong, the wheel's buckled or the brake is set up shite. If the brake always slips, the brake is set up shite, or there's too much tar, or both.

It's good if you want to ride bmx street trials, but then you do want a trials bmx street bike, going on your OP. Its gear is hard and its bars are narrow, which make it less trials-suitable, but you can fix that with other parts.
