There isn't really THAT much bitching about Windows on Mac forums. I only frequent Mac Rumors but I'm not allowed to post on it so I don't. I mean, a lot of mac users mock Windows users but I think that's kind of taken from a lot of the Apple publicity. Also a lot of new Mac users do end up saying 'I wish I'd have tried OS X out earlier' and stuff like that, merely because for some things, it's much more suited, for some it's really not. I don't think a mac is for everyone by a long stretch of the imagination and I'll happily tell customers that at work. I think that definitely some mac users have really ignorant attitudes which make them self centered and wankers (not to name anyone on the forum..) Either way, there's some stuff which Windows is good at and there's some stuff that Macs are good at. Personally, I prefer mac but I know there are people queuing up to argue windows' side. Meh. I dunno, I could see why he would be because he wasn't being responsible enough to keep it somewhere safe, especially it being a present out of his mum's pocket. Essentially if it's stolen he just made his mum lose £200 for nothing... thats the reason I'd see. To be honest, I'd go out riding tonight and then phone your mum up proper quick, say mum someone just nicked the camera - i think. You may well need to report it to the police station though but that'd be worth doing anyway. Probs not worth claiming on your house insurance, next year's premium goes up shit loads for any claims.

Just wondering, but when is everyone going out for like this holidays if you get me? I'm home and want to organise a big night out, maybe in Leeds, but I can't pick which will be best to spend my money on. Christmas Eve, Boxing day or New Years Eve? Also where. Gatecrasher in Leeds would be good but I'm really unsure and at £25+ a ticket at more places, what are everyone elses plans? Or is it best to stay in on those nights and family-it? Thanksssss.

I absolutely agree with that. To be honest, whatever I'm going through at the moment is probably nothing compared to some people in the world. At least I'm alive and still here to experience the whole thing. Like Kev says, you have loads of good stuff in your life. Just try to face the music, talk it through with your parents and tell them how you're feeling. When you get some kind of plan going you'll feel much better.

WE HAVE A SITUATION! The story goes: Gone to some meal with my parents which was something to do with work and stuff. Met my mum's* work colleague and her husband, and gorgeous daughter. Got on with her daughter who lives in Wakie, who is absolutely stunning. Drop dead gorgeous, single and pretty in to me from what I gathered. Thing is, I know her name and could probs find her last name out if I asked, but she's only 16 and I doubt it she has facebook. Searching on myspace is going to be pretty hard isn't it? I don't want to get my mum to ask her mum for her number 'cos thats just sad but I really want to get to know her, even if its just for a bit of texting and stuff, I'm not that fussed. We really got on so.... ideas?
