    Excel

Quick question. I've gone to an Excel document which I thought / knew was absolutely fine a few hours ago, and it's showing all the formula really gay. Stuff that should just be =SUM(A1:A12) is coming out as like =R[-5]C[1]+SUM(R[-1]C[2]:R[-1]C[9]) For example: I've got it showing the formula as normal Any ideas? It's a problem with my Excel, must be a setting somewhere but I've no idea where. Any ideas? Ignore me. I found it.... it was this stupid f**king tick box.. No idea what R1C1 is but I hate it.

Haha, like a normal bobby would tell if you've got a 70cc kit in a 50cc.
  4. I hate uni work. Ignorance is bliss. I've actually got f**king loads. I work about 20 hours at apple a week and have done less and less university time. I'm a really bad student. Oh dear.
  5. I did sixth form (Business, Graphic Design and Economics) and got BBC for grades. At Uni now, doing Business. Sheffield hallam to be exact. Really enjoying it although first year is a bit of a joke. I need to go to Uni and get on with some work!
  6. Joe stop being a little bitch. It's a f**king warehouse, so what.

    Ipod

Ah, okay. Do what I suggested anyway. £5 or a trip to an Apple store will tell you what's up with it

    Ipod

who have clips to clip it together / take it apart?

    Ipod

Put it back together and take if you can make it look like it hasn't been opened, take it to an Apple store if there's one near. They can tell you exactly what's up with it. Failing that, send it to ukipodrepairs.com like I said. Costs a fiver for them to diagnose it if you don't want anything fixing on it. I think it's the logic board if it does NOTHING. If it's a battery issue it will usually turn on when it's connected to the mains or a computer.

Can you make it work AT ALL? Now you've taken it apart that was quite a stupid idea as you can't really diagnose it any further. It's probs the logic board which has fried. A new one is £50 from ukipodrepairs.com including fitting for a 2gb one, or £60 if you wanted a 4gb upgrade. If I were you I'd just send it them for a £5 diagnostics and they'll see if the battery is f**ked. It might just cost you too much. If you put it back together you could trade it in at Apple retail stores for 10% discount on a new one. 4gb one is £99 and supports video, plus the screens are better.
  11. Should be watching it in a few mins...

    Motorbikes..

That's like my making a new thread because I'm happy about having a bacon and egg sandwich just now, and not putting it in the Happy thread not to mix it up. That's what it's for, you should really use the motorbike thread. Search through it, there's loads of info on there and linking to prices you can do yourself!
  13. Yup I definitely agree. Stick by your story whatever happens. If you change your story in ANY way they'll think you're lying and blame you for all the thefts in the store. Stick by what you said, unless they have proof you're lying and have intently stole them (video or such, which is very unlikely) then they'll give you a warning, explain you shouldn't keep that much shit in your locker again due to this reason, and then you're back to work. Whatever you do. Don't change your story!
  14. What EXACTLY did you say when you initially got searched. Also where do you work?
  15. I ended up buying some Bonfire radiant pants at £105 instead of £120 which was good. Proper got boarding dialed now, especially linked turns. Been hitting a few small kickers and rails which are wickid
  16. Sounds too difficult. The buttons on iPods are way too fiddly to be able to do them without your hand in my opinion. Can't you put it somewhere obvious and just press the button on the iPod timer on the straight or something?
  17. Composite is your typical run of the mill inputs which are Yellow for video, then red and white for audio (left/right) channels. Component is higher quality especially when watching wide screen videos. It's most noticeable on large TV's however you do need to check the inputs. if you can, get component.
  18. Definitely, just open an ISA and save it until you want a car or new car or something like that. I like to know I've maxed out my ISA this year and I've got a grand or so towards next year's already
