Go for the gu, like £150 cheaper, stronger so will last, and imo looks nicer. Although if your a weight weenie go for the manus.
However my opinion will be biased as i ride a gu lol. Both are great frames.
Yeah, trashzen is a good website. To start off with you want to be looking at trackstands, you could try rear wheel hops which will help you to progress to pedal kicks. Just generally practice riding over things like rocks etc. especially if your looking to enter competitions soon but will also help with your balance.

True, but good sidehops . Nice riding there, i actually liked it. Tune went well and you puled some really good riding! Being honest, i didn't expect it to be that good, but it was.
