  1. Waiting for zee mother to return home...
  2. Probably something dead simple but my webcam's being an absolute douche. Installed all the proper drivers and shit, yet my PC only detects my webcam when it wants to - I'm normally faced with that little box in the corner that tells me my webcam is not recognised. Tried all the stuff on the Microsoft website (it's a Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000) inc. uninstalling the software and reinstalling etc. I've tried several different websites for the drivers as well. I'm running Vistaaa if that helps (ha!) It was very tempreramental on my laptop as well, although I was running XP on that. Just proper pissing me off really...
  3. Pretty sure we're either in Japan or New York this year. I'm not much for family holidays but I can make an exception for either of those destinations...
  4. The majority of beginners start off on a 20" due to the lighter weight and size giving you the ability to throw the bike around. If you havn't managed to sidehop / 360 drop etc. before now then don't expect to be able to pick up a trials bike and be able to do them straight off - it takes practice! It will probably be easier to learn on a 20" and transfer over to a 24" or 26" when your riding ability has progressed. The size of the wheel doesn't determine how big you can go - that's all down to your ability as a rider. Your £900 budget gives you a massive range of could-be purchases; if you decide to purchase a brand spanking new bike then TartyBikes offer worldwide delivery. Once you're validated on here you'll be able to purchase from the 'For Sale' section, where you'll find reasonably priced second hand bikes (providing the seller is prepared to ship to your location).
  5. I want my tortoise back now This is Dino. He's the biggest of the puppies
  6. Probably Alicante, Spain or New York. Quite happy living where I am now, although I think I'd prefer to live a wee bit closer to the city.
  7. If you head over to TartyBikes and click on the 'Tartybikes' Guide to: Bikes' link (located in the little grey box) there's a nice overview of what size bikes suit different riders. You'll find the majority of new riders purchase an Onza due to the low prices (as an unexperienced rider you'll be bashing the bike about a lot etc) and upgrade to a bike with a better specification once their riding ability has progressed. It's worthwhile posting your budget, as well - that'll give us a better idea of what to recommend! Oh, and bare in mind that BMX and trials riding are quite different! Well, unless you're Macaskill...
  8. Yeahh post up some pictures when you can and I'll get zee ol' man to have a look at it, if no one else comes up with a suitable answer to your problem beforehand...
  9. As long as you turn off the power firsttttt. Stepdaddy also said you might want to look at getting it replaced or some shit. Apparently if you can't get into it it's probably dead old.
  10. Stepdaddy was stood behind me as I was reading and said if your fuse is 30amp then upgrade that to 40/45 and try that. Edit: I don't have a f**king clue though, don't blame me if it goes wrong
  11. Facebook are doing lots of updates at the moment anyway, I've read a lot of status' about people's profiles being under construction. I've had trouble loading the log-in page through both Google and loading it directly through the address bar.
  12. My dad's German, mum's half Spanish, half Dutch... ...Or something like that.
  13. +1 on the British Pound and Queen. I'm mostly German though, I'm only really English if you wanna go down the whole being born here route... Edit: Come to think of it, I'm more German, Spanish and Dutch than I am English Edit #2: I think that works...
  14. I'm voting for the Icelandic Volcano Party - They've done a better job of reducing immigration in the last week or so than even the BNP could do!
