you could use the front wheel but if you want to use hs33's on it you will have to have a 19" rear wheel.

feels the same just lower, although i wouldnt suggest it, BB is far to close to the floor and you'll end up smacking your downtube and chainstays to death.

yes it is a bit on the pink side, looks ok but there is such a thing as taking it to far.

Forks may be on there last legs, hopefully not. look for cracks on join of steerer to fork legs and the top of each leg just to make sure. if not the headset probably isn't mounted properly that should be a quick fix.
