How are you managing to repeatedly kill Kool chains mine hasn't broken yet and its been smacked of walls, tree stumps, logs the lot and it still hasn't died. Gusset tank is good looking not sure what people think of it but i was concidering one just for a routine change.

A couple more steerer tube spacers, or undo the bolts on the back of your stem and tighten your top cap bolt then tighten the bolts on the back of the stem again. If that doesnt work you probably need a new star bolt.

Why do you think its called rim GRINDING!! When you buy them from online shops they use angle grinders, its the easiest and best way. You could spend hours and hours cutting into your rim with a knife but then you run the risk of cutting of your fingers.
