  1. I too was not sure which to go for when making this decision. Although soon I will take delivery of my aurem frame. They are both strong I belive but something tells me that the maladie may be stronger(not sure why, might be because of the stress a disc mount causes). Also the maladie is slightly longer, kieran whitefield measured his to 1045mm. Also depends on what brake type you prefer really and what sort of riding style although they are very similar.
  2. If I remember right they were due at the end of the month, there was a topic made similar to this in trials chat. I'll try and dig it out for you. EDIT: here... http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=143860
  3. New inspired forks should be out soon, are expenisve apparently but have features and quality to justify the cost. Straight blade too!
  4. I am from sheffield, give us a shout if you are ever up for riding somewhere. Where abouts do you live?
  5. Thanks a lot guys for all your comments, please keep them coming. I have a buyer for the yaabaa so this will be the first and last video on stock, going to be returning to mod on a rockman aurem Oh and cocky we will talk on msn some time
  6. Please note he is from the big apple (i.e. America) The frame and wheels do look to be in very good clean condition and I can't remember what the exchange is around at them minute but it seems like a good price to me

    Bars

In my opinion you should get trialtechs, but these are only really suitable with a high rise stem unless you like a low front end because of their low rise, otherwise either try-all or monty bars. I would say try-all because they a wee bit wider. Hope that helps
  11. Great video, i have been awaiting it. Out of interest what length frame do you run?
  12. I would have thought so, will give it better protection from chipping etc.
  13. Looks like some very good riding going on there, how are you finding the lynx adam? Will have to get over there one day for a ride.
  14. Thats not true, don't believe I have heard of this or had any problems like this. Well I suppose you get what you pay for too.
  15. The bb sould be ok, unles you are planning to run a bashring as well as the freewheel on the cranks in which case it would need to be a wider bb. Whip it out and it should say what width it is
  16. Cheers guys, would like to see other peoples comments though, good or bad.
  17. It can be effected by what set up you have. Throw us up a spec list or some pictures and we'll try and identify where/if there is anything making it ride poorly.
  18. Was pretty cool that, shame you repeated some clips but you have a nice style of riding
  19. Tartybikes do sell them, but they are not listed on their website. I don't think they have had chance to put them on there. Give them a ring to order one
  20. When I had them echo slaves I believe I used a 3mm, but i think you had better perhaps try a 3.5mm to be sure. Also I reccomend replacing the bolt as they are not best suited for the job. One from a magura slave fits or get a pimp pro-bolt one from tarty
  21. Trialtech bars would be more suitable if he had a higher rise stem and they have a more street style geo. Where as ones with higher rise etc are more suitable becuase he likes to ride natural.
  22. Very nice video there Hurry up and get a new video out of you on the aurem though
