FSA Pig will last a lifetime and is well priced. Chris King headset is better, nice colour but expensive. Hope is just as good, pretty colour and less expensive. My friend has been using a £10 headset for the last year and that is still running true. Headsets a headset, don't be a fat b*****d and you won't break one, so just buy the one you can afford.

the high 'scene/myspace' angle could make a munter look fit. it eccentuates the eyes/lips and their hair covers the rest of the bad bits. take a picture of these girls in direct light, facing head on and they will look totally different. it is the curse of Myspace I tell thee. and why are they all touching up their hair mid-shot? the girl in the green tee looks like she's had fat from here arse put in her lips.

Why do you want to change? Yes the T-Pro may be a 'bugdet' frame but if it ain't broke... I cracked a T-Pro and 'upgraded' as some might say to a Python, worst mistake of my riding career. Whereas everything was accesible to the T-Pro I was so limited in style on the Python; no manuals, bunnyhops, small techy lines. I'm 6'1 so my height wasn't a factor. My riding became very stagnant on the Python, same sidehops, blunts, although large, were do able on my T-Pro which also had the bonus of offering variation in my riding. All this said I now ride an Echo Team 06 Short, stick with the T-Pro but if you really want to change stay short and get a GU or a Monty 221 PR. Cheers, Guy

Hey ho. Got my AS results ABCD (will get the C to B with a retake) and need to choose a Uni which is a very daunting task. I am looking up north to gain a different perspective from the south and wanted to know any good Unis with grand English (Lit or Lang)/Media/Journalism courses and the campus surrounding areas with good trials to ride! Tell me where to look...I've checked the UCAS site but that doesn't offer the stats on 40" sidehop to 6ft gap to vertical wall hook now does it?! Thank you. Guy

totally agree...he is on a TV show and yet people like Stan, the MJCycles lot and many other unknown riders, who just knock about on this forum sometimes, are a hell of alot better than him. it doesn't bow well for the trials scene either...if people watch Denny they may have the idea that he is the best and that our sport is just some ShitBMX on rocks. If you shop around you can buy those cranks for less at other sites. Tarty may have an incredible track record but isn't always best on prices.

say what hub it is and advice will be easier to give. however I imagine it is a standard T-Pro rear hub, in which case hold the both CONES, not the axel and turn in opposite direction. Tighten until the cone/axle doesn't move left to right but the hub still spins smoothly. you will be able to feel this through vibrations, hands. Woooooooo!

Yup Profile is the best for mod, don't listen to the little brats who got mummy to buy them a CK Bmx hub! Just bed it in for a good week (this reduces the chance of skipping) and you should be dandy. Easy to service (just yank the driver off) and 48 solid engangment points. Great hub, Great choice! BTW - I have one!

Got two more AS exams left. If you are all so bloody nostalgic about the issue do as F-stop says and build your old bikes up. And what is stopping you from riding like you use to? If you want to class me I am a 'new school' rider but when I film I will always ensure a line rather than a single trick is performed because I think it looks alot better. Does this mean I am a hybrid: neold school? Or should we all stop caring and ride our bikes? I wonder.

You will soon realise GCSE's are easy compared to AS. I got two A's in English but have had to totally change my writting style to qualify the top marks in AS. I think it is ridiculous to place all the pressure on one or two exams in a subject. What if you are really nervous, don't perform under pressure? You might be excellent but not show that in the exam. I remeber a proposal to abolish exams and allow teachers to access each pupil on the work they produce throught out the year and their attitude etc but silly silly Mr.Blair...
