5x5 is at standard for me anyway, Whats your current workout, do you do 5-8 reps of different weight, instead of sticking to one specific weight and doing 5x5 ?

It's all to do with forces and facts to be honest, if somethings shorter, it becomes harder to bend/snap and less flexy, correct ? Regardless of if they have been 'made' to be that long, it's clearly obvious that iff the tube be shorter = the less flexy it will be and the less chance of snapping.

Is that a zona zip ? If so, no wonder you've done that, noticed on a friend bike, no matter what chain tensioners he used, his chain tension would never stay, his chains always slack, nice little idea, maybe look into makeing something similar, abit safer and stronger ?

Browns are garbage, put a medium-harsh sharp grind on my rim, went out riding, no bite, no noise, no hold and wore down to 1mm within 2 days. Whacked Phat pads on same grind, was perfect, loud, bitey, super hold, 1mm of compound come off, that was just the bed in though.

Hey, a friend of mine come to me with a question the other day about his laptop. He restored his laptop back to factory settings and now his resolution for high definition has disapeered, so he emailed Acer and they were basically replying with a load of utter bollox, telling him it all depends on his graphics card as to whether he has the option of high defintion, however he specified the exact model of laptop he has to them which clearly states it is HD ready.... Any suggestions as to what the problem is ? P.s - All his automatic updates are up to date and all his drivers are updated.

Perhaps i should of made myself a little clearer, 90% of pads don't work on a try-all rim with a grind, well, thats atleast how i found it when i ran one.
