Realistically if you buy from Expressive that is far closer to you if you had a problem with the bike (It can happen) it's got to be easier for you to deal with someone closer to you keeping cost's shipping down and so on, Plus once you pay tax and postage your not really saving anything. I would take the Advice of Lewis on this one
