i would say if your going to have dual disk then get a ns bikes trail master http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=45964 only weigh 500g. But in answer to your question i would say sun rims because there lighter, thats the only real difference in them. chris

ye, i have rode basicly everything in the past, did dirt jump and a bit of down hill to start with, then started bmxing a couple of years ago and now started trials so i can do a bit of everything wich is prety good. try 180 endoes, then maybe add in a 180 back hop. try droping off walls back wheel first. have a look atmy video and see what you like and try them if you cant already do them. Iv been riding for 9 weeks so not that long so you might be able to do the tricks. chris

im having trouble with these aswell but i find that if you learn to back hop higher it helps alot. learnt on a bank, i found a steap banks and then see how high i could hop up it and then fakied back down it so you learn or improve on two things at once and you dont end up getting flats ot denting your rim.

i live near swindon and would be up for a ride some time, im not amazing eaither but will be fun, havmnt been on a ride yet as i have onlybeen riding for 9 weeks.

im 14 and went out today feeling a bit chalenging and thought i would try some bigger drops and in my village there are some about 2ft drops and then 4ft so theres not realy anything inbetwen so i decided to go for it, got my bike up and i was bricking it as the wall was about 20cm wide and 4.5ft high, had to drop off sideways wich made it even worse because i had to go back wheel first and then hop off my front wheel. did it perfect first time and then hoped off a 5ft wall normaly and that was all good aswell. got my eye on a wall thats about 5.5-6 ft high. amazing how much progress you can make in just one day walst riding on your own. is this good for some one who has been doing trials since late january ? chris

how long you been riding ? if not that long then i would say good but if for a long time i would say bad but everytone has to start somewere. try running a harder tyre pressure then you wont have to be so smooth and you can concerntrate on what your doing more and then when you feel comftable then try be a bit smoother, harder pressures may make you smoother anyway because you have to absorb the pressure from the drop more. Try puting it up to 25 or 30, just to stop you from making a flat spot in the rim or dent (like i did, now run 40psi on a 24", perfect ) chris

Thats what im worried about, if i sell it is there much point because if i wont get much then im looking to get a new frame with maggy mounts on in the future so if i wouldnt get much i would keep it and use it for that. What kind of price range are you thinking as not much ?

i have a ashton effect with the old evo adapters on the back and there a pain to setup, went to water bleed my brake today and water kept leeking out of the hole where you take out the screw out to bleed it on the lever and did it up to tight and the metal and threads around it snaped so there is a chunk missing out of the lever but the calipers, hose,lever and internal are all fine. its a 04 model with a hose lengthe for the back but a right hand lever but i just fliped the lever over the other wy to put it on the left hand. how much do you think i would get for it all, hole brake with chunk from the lever, old evo adapter kit and a bodge evo adapter booster ? chris

ye kinda wish that i did keep it but the past is the past. Got my maggy working good now, i got some heatsink pads on it but thers quit a bit of flex but im guesing you can put a normal booster on them, if not please correct me if im wrong. chris
