a star nut is only a single bolt that can be done with the same allen key you need for your stem.. I like the idea of not needing one though, I guess you could preload the bearings with anything. Even a G-clamp, and then tighten the stem before removing the clamp.. might give it a go actually!

I don't see the advantage of that though, can't be for weight saving because that's ridiculous.. Only to preserve the forks, but with a 6mm thick steerer wall a star nut is going to do no damage whatsoever

you really don't wanna be drinking unflavoured. The best I've done is mixing it with ice cream, ice and a chocolate bar of my choice (snickers) and blending it. But that's about 600 calories more than it should be!

I have myprotein core whey unflavoured, as I thought I'd end up getting bored of one flavour, don't. Pay the extra 2 quid for flavoured, so so so worth it!
