  1. This is possibly the funniest post on this thread. I love the cencorship of the word f**cking/f**king, whilst what is widely considered by all females the most offensive word in the english slang dictionary is there in all its 4 letter glory! Like when my mate called someone a f**king f'wit and when questioned why he put it like that answered that it was so he didn't swear. I digress....... Frankly, I have no experience with trading with Ryan but I can say that I have summised that this is one immature individual. This is based on the fact that if he is still has or was hoping to regain sponsorship then the chances of that have probably disappeared along with his tyres. A simple promise to privately contact the buyer and resolve this problem I'm sure would have seen wigan post an apology when it was sorted. But that's gone now and I for one wouldn't trade with you, especially seeing as you don't even know how the guy paid???? Wonder if anyone at Onza will read this......... edit.... i see, auto censor on the f word but not the c.......
  2. http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/c/q/clearance-corner Been searching for a rear hub and found the above. Seem to be very good prices on a big range of schwalbe tyres, loads of road stuff (?) And new bb7s for 40 quid! Seem good to me, justthought i'd share it!
  3. As title. Wil be running a v brake, wondering if a 47mm rim could fit, anybody know? Thanks
  4. Any suggestions for v pads guys?
  5. Utterly baffled.....can i just get a normal mount as the caliper upscales the disc size doesn't it or do i need something specific? Thanks
  6. Right. Currently have some ordinary hope monos to put on my new 24. I also have some blinding old avid arch rival v brakes that i reckon would be pretty awesome with some trials pads in them. If i run v's on the 24 i can run some new tv series wheels with a freewheel but they are non disc wheels....the monos on my freeride bike.......not wanting people to decide for me but i've pretty much always run maguras on the back and discs on front, how has anyone found v's on either end? Cheers Changing topic, are the onza 32mm 'front' rims (reggie or ronnie?) Man enough to be used on the rear. Need a cheap and this seems to fit the bill?
  7. I kind of thought that but you never know, claims there normally alot more?
  8. Anyone got experience of these? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200627049243?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Wondering what the freehubs are like for obvious reasons. Can anyone help with info? Rang the shop and they've no idea!
  9. Hmmmmm, avid arch rival v's with sd levers may be the way ahead then? Anyone reccomend any v pads? Hopes may end up on the freeride bike then!
  10. Hi. Are you still looking for a bb7?

  11. If a seller messes a buyer about we can leave feedback, what if a buyer commits to buying then decides 24 hrs later they dont want it, can feedback be left for that? Had three instances of timewasters past 4 days, enough is enough! Found it
  12. Can't answer this. Can't say i consider myself good at riding but improving or making something that tests me pushes the enjoyment button. I've enjoyed rides with mates and on my own with headphones in. They seem to be the times i improve the most so in some ways enjoy them more. I now ride a bike with a seat. Think the question should be changed to do you enjoy riding or do you enjoy it more when you've made something you feel is an improvement? Or along those lines
  13. retro builders check this site out retrobike.co.uk ,all sorts of stuff from years back, trials wise its good for 98 onwards when it started going off.
