  1. Did you get a pair? And if so are both the same or just one? If it's just one then chances are it's merely a mistake that wasn't spotted. Although I do agree discussion is what the forum is for, and just because it's a top name doesn't mean they get it right everytime. Lower "ranked" brands seem to get bad reviews with no problems... Don't see why Inspired are any different
  2. Sorry, ignore me, bit of a blonde moment. Won't be able to attend but hope you have a good turn out and a good days ride fellas
  3. I ride without spokes too, saves even more weight.
  4. Guys a willy, let's be honest. But to that question he asked, I actually asked a similar one the other day between rubber or foam grips... So their might be some credibility to that one. However, he did also say he was better at "trils" than anyone else on the "form"... So y'know, you'd think he'd know already.
  5. Nice riding, like I've said before, the way you pull the front end up is so smooth. Probably not something anyone else will compliment on because they'll find it easy but I'm sh!t so...
  6. I think I was chatting sh!t then But nah they will squeak in the wet anyway. They're having to work harder.
  7. I've been using a Hope Mono 6-Ti for about 4 years now, it's never been bled, never had a change of pads (actually just in the process of doing it's first bleed and pad change today) and it has never missed a beat, it's had water on it, WD40, dust, all sorts, and it's never once not worked, the only reason I'm changing the pads is to try a different compound to see what they are like. I'd highly recommend this brake myself.
  8. Personally the only reason I would ever ride trials would be because I'm short and the bike makes me look tall
  9. I did actually expect it to feel rather weird to begin with, I imagine it doesn't help with the fact I'm still only just learning back hops so yeah pretty crap. I just didn't expect it to feel as different and loose feeling as it does.
  10. This also may be wrong, but I was told if the brake squeaks then it's still a bit warm, so perhaps wait until it stops squeaking then put water on and back down you go.
  11. Should it feel so uncomfortable though? I mean I'll be the first to say I'm shit, I'm a complete novice, but even just riding round normal flat ground it feels really really weird... Like the bike feels loose, I know it's not though everything has been checked.
  12. Had my mod for a few days now (used to ride stock but thought I'd try a change) and it feels so weird to me, can't seem to get comfortable riding it at all, in a weird way it kind of feels loose. Is this pretty normal and something I'll get used to/passed, or is it a case of I will only be comfortable on a stock? Not been very long so going to continue to ride to see if I do become comfortable, but no point if it's quite common for someone to only be comfortable on one size of bike... Peoples thought?
  13. Any chance of posting the video here, I don't have Facebook so can't view it.
  14. I mainly want to do it for the experience of doing it, plus I've never had holed rims, think it would look a bit better, and obviously lighter too. I'm looking at having a wheel built and stuff from Tarty or if someone has one on here, so not too bothered if it goes right or wrong, just wanted some advice
  15. Just curious as to if it's safe/wise to drill a wheel that's undrilled? I've noticed quite a few people extended an already drilled rim, or drilling the sides of one that's drilled. But is it actually wise/safe to do it to a completely standard wheel? Also if so, what's the best/easiest/safest way of doing it to ensure even holes, without bending the rim? And what size of holes roughly would people recommend? It's for an Onza T-Pro.
  16. Don't think people realise I got this bolt out about 2 hours after making the topic
  17. Cheers, also just counted and it's 32H, so as long as I buy a 32H I think I should be okay.
  18. But I've noticed some people selling 19" and 20" wheels for mods. I've got an Onza T-Pro, does anyone know the standard size of the front wheel of one? I am after a new hub, and not sure which to buy due to the size. Could someone also recommend me a decent but cheap hub that will take a disc?
  19. 56 seconds in made me chuckle "oh shit I'm down, lets have a seat for a minute then"
  20. I'm not paying loads of money for a massive tub though as I only have one brake to do and don't need loads like a car Would this be alright to use? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CARPLAN-BRAKE-FLUID-DOT5-1-500ML-/110724220758?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item19c7ad8756
