really nice as it goes, had the steerer tube blacked out cos it was uber bright green which was guna ruin the colour scheme.

To be honest ive been away from the sport that long that it all feels totally new to me atm, especially being 24" as well. I haven't ever run a stem of this length or a 150 before, but just from hopping about briefly in my back yard it feels fine, I don't feel over stretched or to cramped up so all good atm

Rode trials years ago in my early teens on a modified Saracen XC bike, then a DDG shooter(classy LOL). Joined the army after school and unfortunately drifted away from trials and bikes in general, always kept my hand in with magazines and the odd dvd here and there but pretty much stopped riding. Fast forward 11 n half years, im now out of the army, medical discharge after a tour in afghan, and there's a big void that needs filling in my life, so ive come full circle so to speak and im getting back into trials. Ordered a build from Tarty which should arrive tomorrow, fingers crossed, and im really excited about getting back into something i love but haven't been able to do for a long time. Lets see if im still as shite as i remember

yeah it dosent have the 3 inch thick padding like most skate lids so it dosent sit out three feet from the side of your head lol, great lids mate seariously google some images i think theres a couple with people wearing them so you be able to see what i mean

I wear a "Piss Pot" style lid as i dont like XC/AM lids, ive got this: http://www.racespec.co.uk/acatalog/2012_FOX_Transition_Hard_Shell_Helmet_Wht.html Its a lot nicer shape then some of the other more rounded bulb shape skate lids, and its incredibly light and comfy. looks good to IMO
